If I’m gonna be honest, I didn’t like the event much at first. I didn’t like how long SoSA was, and I hated SoSS because it’s Loopfail nation + I died at the bullet hell section. I later came to like both of those after replaying them with my friends. Also I think SoPE is my favorite since I like the thrill of outrunning the lava (plus it has the best gameplay besides the end part). The presents are r also not that hard to find and I like how different the approach is this time around - especially PoJR, which spawns in past Christmas events. Although I’m still not a fan of having that one present which is awarded by staff, which is honestly RNG nation. The upcoming content looks promising, and if we learned anything from the hints of past events, we’re gonna be facing Possessed Blades again as the boss, which if we remember Halloween 2022… oh dear god. Also one major complaint people had which some of the steeples not being Christmas themed, but after learning that this event has a “Nightmare Before Christmas” theme (*cough cough* Possessed Blades), it makes a lot more sense. And supposedly the second half of this event is gonna have more of that horror theme with the 4th Remorseless steeple and the boss, so it looks pretty damn promising. So in other words… this is a Christmas event with a horror theme.
SoSA dragged on for WAY too long so that’s why I don’t like that, SoPE is mid imo since it doesn’t belong here and it also on top of that had TERRIBLE length balancing if you didn’t touch an eye, f5 takes up like half of steeples runtime. Also, HE2023 solos smh
sope does belong in the event; ce2024 is considered a nightmare before christmas event which is why it feels like halloween and christmas merged into a big event (hence why the decorated lobbies on the first rings and zones are darker compared to normal) - the boss will also follow this theme and showcase it more
@@okthen1159 If you remember Eclipse the magician (the boss from HE2023), they mentioned something along the lines of their master showing up in HE2024. No HE2024? No problem! Just make CE2024 horror themed for the magician's master!
my personal rating of every steeple sosa: 6/10 it was kinda boring and way too long soss: 8/10 it was really cool and i liked the shield parts and the umbrella sope: 9/10 I really like how you can choose between avoiding the eyes or treating the steeple like sopp. Also it was made by one of my favorite builders so ye
sometimes because of lag (i literally only lag in this event too) and the fact that there is 1 christmas themed steeple (sope and sosa are not christmas no matter what. you say) and the fact that sope is like the worst thing ever made (ugly, annoying and unfun) and sosa suffers from roblox lighting glitch. yeah the only good thing about the event is soss which is cool because it is really good but it is also the only thing holding this event back from being like 2/10. (im giving it a solid 3/10 instead). ok yap session over.

SoSA feels like they just scattered present models around a pre-existing halloween steeple and called it christmas themed, SoSS is the only christmas-themed steeple here though it has no horror elements whatsoever (which is fine tbh), and SoPE feels more like a silent abyss steeple than anything. Roro if the candle runs out of fuel a button will appear on your screen that teleports you to your last recharge station…
I encountered that button as well, however I think the button placement is very weird and could've use a bit more design than simple white text box

It’s a great event. SoPE was good, apart from the whole steeple existing. That should be removed and the event would be fantastic.

I havent played it as all the steeples are beyond my skill level… by one to three difficulties
Sosa is kinda long
Sope is kinda short
But Soss is just right
Imo i like them all not a lot of things are bad
