So here in Canada we do Ramadan fasts for 18 hours. No water nothing The first 3 days are hard After that the rest 27 days go by like a breeze. I also did 2 hours workouts before breaking the fast. Only requirement is you need to take a Power Nap in the afternoon
Ramadan Fasting is one of the greatest scams in the world. People literally eat heavy non veg meals. If somebody eat so much, how the hell would they even need food for next few days, but they eat heavy meal daily. Real fasting is what I do. No food for 7 straight days. The benifits reflect on skin, belly, mental clarity.
