According to my opinion, Solace knee guard is far better than rynox in terms of pritection reason being, 1. Solace has level 2 protector on it. 2. During accident when you fall on your knees, there is a high chance that the strap breakes on impact with the UNEVEN GROUND (rynox), on the contrary the more the knee guard grip with the body ensures that there will be less chance that the knee guard will deviate during impact/accident [ EXPERIENCE ]
