Ascites मतलब जलोदर मतलब पेट में जब पानी जमा होता है उसको Ascites कहते है। ये पेट की Organs और volve के बीच में एक कैविटी होती है। एक लेयर होता है जीसको। हम बोलते है पेरिटोनियल कैविटी जब उसमें पानी अक्युमुलेट होता है, किसी भी रीज़न से उसको Ascites बोलते हैं।
ये किस किस रीसन से हो सकता है कॉमनईस्ट जो रीज़न है, कारण है Ascites जलोदर का या पानी बनने का, वो है लिवर सिरोसिस।
फिर बहुत से कारण हैं जैसे हार्ट फेल्यर, किडनी फेल्यर, कैन्सर फिर लोकल कारण जैसे टीबी, कैंसरस, पेरिटोनिटिस पैन्क्रियाटाइटिस। ऐसे बहुत से कारणों से ये हो सकता है बट इस वीडियो में हम Ascites due to लिवर सिरोसिस के बारे में बात करेंगे |
