Each week night, THE LATE LATE SHOW with JAMES CORDEN throws the ultimate late night after party with a mix of celebrity guests, edgy musical acts, games and sketches. That is never gonna happen.
I suspect he'll retire/move on some day, but I don't think it'll be because of cancelling the show...unless the contract negotiations BREAK down or some unforeseen event forces a change; doubtful but not unheard of scenarios. 😫
...But yeah, if I understand your meaning correctly, James CORDEN is bold, creative, talented, engaged and engaging, so he would likely succeed at pretty much anything he was interested in doing and, as he always does, giving his best.

Dude can match pitch quite well! He is so good at it, that he even matches pitch when someone tries to harmonize. It would take only a little bit of work for him to be able to harmonize. He was already staying on the melody for a few notes. He even nailed the octave jump on "Happy Birthday Dear...". That's usually where people mess up, either because they don't change vocal registers or because it's out of their range. I hope that someone shows him that he is capable of making his voice sound as beautiful as he looks.

When he was singing Happy Birthday, it was in tune with James most of the time. His accidentally joining James on the harmony part was a sign that he has a good ear, not a bad one, since he was adjusting to the person singing with him. He even nailed the hard parts of the melody. That means that even though he has an untrained voice, he can sing and could learn to be quite good. Somewhere in his life, someone told him he can't carry a tune. That's a shame.
