Only one team gain points each round, and the points you get is the difference between what the two teams scored. So Elyse & Patrick got 2 holes for 40 and then one in the 10, so a total of 50. And James & Char scored 25, so the difference is 25.

Crokinole Nerd here, @6:05 both of the tan pieces that were hit are supposed to be removed, as soon as you ricochet into your own piece it becomes "active" and if no opponent's pieces are hit with an "active" piece, then all "active" pieces are removed. It makes ricochet's a risky move.
Also, if your opponent doesn't have a piece on the board. A piece on the line of the center circle is considered a fair shot

There was a canadian like playing card board game called Ramoli I played when I stayed out there a few months a year. Not even sure that's how its spelled but it was a fucking fun ass gambling game.

I actually quite like these more straightforward board games. Reminds me of the legendary monkey coconut video

I have one weird thing you can make fun of Americans with: "I'm American and I really care about high schoolers doing sports for some reason! This is really important to our town for some reason! Woooh!"

I was gonna start documenting the number of ways in which y'all either skipped each others turns or picked up a puck outside and put it in your trough or played your turn from your trough without noticing, but oooooh boy...was so fun to watch though, and the laughs you got near the end of each round were gold!
