■ Materials (for 3 people)
・ Sweet potato: 150g
・ Shiratamako: 60g
・ Hot cake mix: 40g
・ Sugar: 2 teaspoons ・ Water: 90cc ~
・ Black sesame seeds: 1 tablespoon ・ Cheese to avoid: 2 bottles ・ Cooking oil: Appropriate amount
■ Preparation ・ Peel the sweet potatoes, cut them into bite-sized pieces, and soak them in water for 5 minutes.
・ Divide the cheese into 13 equal parts.
■ How to make
1. Put the sweet potatoes in a bowl, wrap them softly, and heat them in a microwave oven at 600W for 4 minutes.
2. After taking it out, crush it with a masher while it is still hot.
3. Add Shiratamako, panque mix and sugar. Add water little by little and mix until no more powdery.
4. Add black sesame seeds and mix well.
5. Take a small amount, embed the cheese and mold it into a round shape.
6. Fry in 160 ° C oil until golden brown and you're done.
