I'm Tibetan and can barely understand what he is saying apart from Balti Yul which obviously means the land of Balti and some intermittent use of words such as Tibbat; Tibet in Hindi & Gyagarh; India in Tibetan. Some words here & there but I can ascertain some regions in Tibet have quite similar dialects, speech & expression since it used to be quite large in landmass.
ماشاء اللہ بہت ہی اعلیٰ بہت افسوس ہوتا ہے آج کل نیا نسلوں کو دیکھ کر سکردو میں خپلو میں بلتستان میں کہیں بھی محفل یا کوئی اور پروگرام ہوتا ہے وہاں دوسروں کے ثقافت کو اہمیت دیتے ہیں کوئی باہر آتے ہے تو ان کو بھی دوسرے لوگوں کے ٹوپیاں پہنایا جاتا ہے نتیجہ یہ نکلا اس سال بہت ٹورسٹ بلتستان ایا ہر کوئی پوچھا رہا تھا یہاں کے ثقافت کیا ہے ثقافت کھانا کیا ہے لیکن افسوس ہم دیکھنے کے لیے کچھ بھی نہیں تھا اگر ہم اپنے ثقافت کو زندہ رکھنا چاہتے ہیں تو :میوزک پہ بہت کام کرنا پڑے گا اپنے اداکاروں کو سنگروں کو عزت ان کے مالی تعاون کی ضرورت ہے

i think its yige(balti writing)and yes ladakh and baltis are basically same with different names ladakhi is more pure i think.im a balti myself
