@@pedrofsousasilva Every 5000 km I did a valve check. So during my normal inspection I adjusted the valve play. There was no noise and no bad running of the engine.
I bought my 250 new. I checked all the electric connections and cables. I checked the screws. I drove 12000 km before I sold the bike (I bought a RE Meteor). I have had not a single problem. My bike has had no rust because on regularly basis I took care of the bike and especially the chrome parts. I don't see major problems provided the owner did the maintenance of the bike and did not ride like an idiot.
Hi. I'm also interessted in the two fifty. How is the acceleration on this bike? Do you feel a limitation when you step on the gas? I sold my Kawasak ER-5 and want a simple and easy maintainable bike. This seems nice but I don't know if it has enough power. I don't need great top speed, but acceleration should't feel like a moped.
the Mash has slightly more power than a 125. It is definitely not as fast as your Kawa. It is more the bike for cruising around. The maintenance is easy to do on the bike.
the sitting position is relaxed. The front fork is a little bit too stiff. The seat is really hard and an upholsterer changed mine. The seat is fixed with bolts so you can not remove it without tools. I use a tank bag.
Thanks for sharing, really useful review with smiley faces for easy scoring for each element - nice 👍 Just wondering whether you have taken it off road at all? Also how are the tyres on wet roads? Thanks
It is not an off road bike, because the suspension does not have enough travel. An engine protection is also missing. But with the tyres you can do some dirt roads or farm tracks. I drive really carefully on wet roads and I always got home without problems, but there are definitely better tyres for the wet conditions.

It is difficult to say. You should try it out at the dealership. Otherwise there is also a Royal Enfield Meteor. I think this motorcycle fits to taller persons.
18 hp and I suppose ca 130 kmh on the speedo. I didn't check the top speed. Anyway, it is not the right bike for fast driving. Most of the time you cruise around between 80 and 100 kmh
Merci pour l'info! De toute façon, je vais la donner chez un sellier pour une légère transformation. Jusqu'à présent, j'ai roulé 5000 km avec la moto sans problèmes.

11000 km. The motorcycle is running fine, without problems. No rust. The intake valve needed an adjustment at 10000 km.
How do you knew the valve needed adjustment?
@@pedrofsousasilva Every 5000 km I did a valve check. So during my normal inspection I adjusted the valve play. There was no noise and no bad running of the engine.
Topspeed is around 120km/h with EFI version.
I have mine since two years with no big issue.
Mine goes max. 115 Km/h but the meter shows about 10 % too much ! A modern Honda 125 goes faster !

P.S. beautiful cat!
Thks! I will forward the message to the cat :-)
Hi Francois, how much would be the idle revs for it?? How can it be tuned ??
1300 r/min idle speed. The Suzuki TU250x has the same engine. You can find the service manual on the internet.
