I love the REAL info I get from these videos. It's just really hard to get through all the blah, blah, blah in between the time you actually say something relevant.

I will second what Rob said, Opening statement. I called customer service and I got to talk to the ROB. Great people!

Great info, only commodity that matters is time, the rest can all be recovered but how we pay with time is no refund or return.

If you use dronebase you are highly likely to get punched/assaulted or have the police called on you. At the least you will generate a 'suspicious person' police report. You can't just show up to a random house for sale and start taking drone photos of it. If somebody is home they are going to come out and ask what you are doing or call the police..well or just start arguing or fighting with you.
Since you refuse to give an accurate description of dronebase, I'll do it again here. It is a site that lists every house that is for sale in your area as a 'job'. The homeowner or realtor did not post this job. Nobody involved with the home has interacted with dronebase in any way. You go and take photos and give them to dronebase. Dronebase then cold calls the realtor and tries to sell them the photos. The realtor then most likely tells them to f*** off and asks how they have photos of this property and who is involved and then probably calls the police.
You are sponsored by dronebase so you don't say anything negative about them but come on, be honest with people here. There are no 'jobs' on dronebase. They explain on their FAQ what the 'pano' jobs are and that they are just every real estate listing in your area. It is not a good way to earn money and you are putting yourself at high risk.

How is this legal with out a property release? It is "plain sight" (in public view)

thank you for all y'all do. I am literally sitting on my lunch outside my "cube job" watching this podcast. Thank you for the motivation, knowledge and information. reading "Living The Drone Life" I got it yesterday. I will definitely be signing up for Drone U...maybe that will be my way to accomplish my goal of, "traveling for work" in 2017. keep up the good work!

As a realtor and reg'd/lic'd drone operator, I'd hope that both of these populations that I am a part of run into the best versions possible. I can find good info on your channel however this episode has a tone that's a little off.

I can't say enough how much I appreciate you guys and what you're doing. I work retail at the moment and have recently invested more than a few grand into my drone/video equipment. I already have a small recording studio. I just have no time it seems, so I'm investing it into learning from you guys. Being brand new to this game, and besides learning my craft (no pun) I find my main opportunity at the moment is trying to whittle down the best applications for me in this business. It sounds as though real estate has been saturated a bit, but who knows - maybe that's the place to start? Anyway, the question today was extremely relevant to where I'm at, so thanks again.

Im seeing alot hater's but hes so right on so many levels as they both say Realitors are just what he said in a whole! Doesnt mean that they are, just a vast majority of them! I hate saying this but they are cheap for the most part this is true so who am I to say this? I grew up with my mom working as a realestate agent for Remax, many of her partners were multi million dollar sales club here in Columbus Ohio I have been a rehabber all my life and worked with mainly realitors! why do you guys watch these podcasts if you don't like them? I also think he said this while knowing his own personal clients watch his shows too I bet they all agree with him on how he feels about realistate agents I know its a running joke here in Columbus ohio

Good question but not the best video you guys put out. I would like to see great instruction on Business and how to go about doing what is required on making a great business. And less personal opinions of others, try and leave that up to the professional and the client. You guys are like a teaching University, do the best and you will get the reward.

I am 30 years old and a retired entrepreneur with limitless time. I can tell you that trying to start a new business, regardless of the industry in this economy is fruitless with so much competition in every corner and every other idiot willing to accept a lesser profit than you. Unless you're willing to work for $3 per hour, don't quit your day job.
