The UNSC is a secret Branch of Military that nobody knows about, only the president and leader of each country knows of its existence.
Spartan 117 AKA Master Chief is killed by an Elite Assassin after the events of reach and before the end of the events of the first Halo Game.
So Dr. Halsey, after months of searching finds Izuku and determines him a worthy person to take over the role of Master Chief. So they kidnap him as he’s training.
Midoriya soon does the Spartan augmentation process and becomes the next “Master Chief”. He does become a worthy Spartan with that name, but the UNSC will not forget the Master Chief that came before.

If you ever do end up doing a part three I recommend the video of Chief “being human” in halo infinite, it’d probably be a good way to drive home how hard it is for a spartan to “be human” while also being bittersweet that he’s trying

Halo is a game and a franchise I hold to my heart so when I saw this 5:52 I litteraly shed a tear, awesome vid btw.
I also hold halo dearly to my heart as it was the first game I ever played. I remember when my parents got me halo reach for my 10th birthday I did not stop playing it that they had to get me other games and I never touched them until they got me more and more halo games lol

I mean its accurate...kinda.. Uh UNSC did use a sort of clone to replace those they kidnapped, it basically perfectly resembled a dead body as to make their families believe they died in their sleep.

About the chief in trouble that's me my friends
8:25 fun fact: in spanish this was miss translated to "fue muy facil" (it was too easy), instead of "si fuera tan facil" (were it so easy)
Doctor Halsey is a hero to unsc and Humanity yet people are still stupid to this day without the spartan program humanity would be extinct take notes people
Certainly her actions saved humanity but they still make her a monster not a hero. A hero makes her sound good which she most definitely is not.
