5 Reasons Why We SUFFER All The TIME - Yogic Explanation!
Sage Patanjali Maharishi mentions the five kleshas in Yoga Sutra 2.3 “Avidya-Asmita-Raga-Dvesha-Abhinivesa-Klesha” responsible for all our suffering in life.
Avidya: ignorance
Asmita: I-ness, ego sense
Raga: attachment
Dvesha: aversion
Abhinivesah: fear of death, clinging to life
Klesha: painful, afflicted
Only through proper understanding, we can outgrow our intrinsic afflictions. We are all born with these kleshas. The first step is to understand these kleshas and then putting in an effort to eliminate them. All of these afflictions are tangled together within our egos.

Yes.....absolutely TRUE...but what are ways to reduce Agyanta.....The problem with today's world is there is lots of informationfrom various sources......truth as well as false.for a begginer it is difficult to follow spiritual path without a genuine Guru. Some says Guru choose you, you don't choose a Guru. Some says.....you will get a Guru when right time comes.....what is the truth? Why a spiritual path is so difficult for a women? A women most of the time get trapped in worldly, family things. IS THERE A WAY IN WHICH A WOMEN CAN TAKE CARE OF HER RESPONSIBILITIES AS WELL FOLLOW HER HEART OF SPIRITUAL PATH?
