Usually I compare that prices between the sites like “nin-nin-game.com”, “meccha-japan.com” or “tcgjapan.com” in order to decide which has the best overall price. Normally is the later. (The prices fluctuates, but even though, plus the importation fee and the shipping, it ends up being cheaper than buying from European resellers) I’m currently waiting for 3 more boxes hoping to finish the base collection. If I consider the SEC card (number 2) as the card I’m missing I’ve finished the collection after 6 booster boxes. Those 6 booster boxes, with shipping (from Japan) and customs clearance, costed about 250€ (270$). If I bought them in europe from “official” resellers, it would be 330€ (355$). For the trial deck, you just need to buy 1 (7€/7,5$).

How much did the (almost) whole collection cost you?
