    此單元是專門介紹走外門的各種摔跤攻防技巧,希望能達到
    「攻擊人者,不受人逆襲;擒伏人者,莫受制於人」之目的。
    這類訓練經常搭配的器械為大藤把,既模擬別人的手臂
    也代位借用成自己的手臂,凸顯長短軸,順逆把,內外門的
    借位錯用法。同時,強調以安全為上的攻防系統,是散手跤中自衛防身搏擊格鬥模式,具樞紐制衡的重要功能。
