    Close is a bad word choice. This is the only video I could find that was not about dissolution. :o) Thank you.

    Is C Corp and Close corporation the same?

      Not at all. A "C" Corp means a corporation taxed under Subchapter C of the Internal Revenue Code (as opposed to an "S" Corp.) See my video on S Corps!
