david bob It’s more that just what they eat, it’s how they live and if the bird is in a good mental state, it’s living space and what it can do there, evreything has an effect on the birbs life :3

They say what they fed Jack in the video. Avoid a seed only diet, as that is one of the main reasons many cockatiels only live up to 15 years as it causes them to develop fatty liver disease. Breads, vegetables, fruits. Avoid salt, and especially avoid avocados as they are highly toxic to them along with chocolate a coffee. They also need a lot of out of cage time and attention for good mental health. Toys and things to chew on when in the cage help with mental health too. Clean water and a clean cage prevents them from getting sick. Good luck.

I know of 4 arcades around my area that have opened since 2016, one coming in 2021, and there are a few that have been around longer. There are a lot of them along along the East Coast, Texas, and Washington.
