It was Tony first in the afc championship.. then Derrick a few years later in a regular season game( the end for Gannon )… A Monday night I think it was . After the Super Bowl disaster. Good Raider teams there , but each season ended in shady heartbreak. That team was probably the best team in the league for three years but never won it unfortunately

Okay hear me out! Since the Raiders have had a string of bad seasons we need to change a few things up. Instead of coming out to Back in Black, they come out to It’s A Long Way To The Top If You Wanna Rock N Roll. They can have Back in Black again after they get 9 wins in a season. Also, instead of guys straggling out as individuals for warm ups, they all WALK out together giving the “Raaaaaaiiiiiiddderrrrrrrrrrssss!” chant. There are guys that have bought in. There are guys who haven’t. You can see who they are. Get everyone buying in by making them be together.
I agree with Rich that we need stability, but we need to hire the right coaches first. Keeping a head coach who is constantly getting out-coached for the sake of stability will only get us a stable 4 or 5 wins every season.

see you guys same time 2026... this con artist seems to stay one more season! he knows how to cook mark davis.. we are stuck with this clown for another season...the guy is a lost clown on sideline! he just took the job on a woke push! he doesnt even have a good highschool resume !! some little months of a lineback coordinator under josh mc genius!!in nutshell, he just had financial troubles so he took the opportunity to solve his problems by pushing woke media and running to fans and do media things and chanting "raiderzzzz" like a diehard fan to buy cheers for his plan!! now he has excuse of tanking! next year same time he will push the excuse of rookie QB,, so raiders are stuck with him till mid 2026 until mark davis realizes what a big mistake he made to go woke... this team has been going down since grudens regime left!!!
Mark Davis is the single most useless owner in the NFL.
If we're talking wins, yes, he's useless. But if we're talking team value, Mark is showing his business chops. He took us from one of the bottom franchises to one of the top most valuable franchises in the NFL. Now, Mark just needs to turn football decisions over to someone who knows what they're doing. If that's Tom Brady, then great.

We stunk this season. Our only flat out dawgs are Crosby & Bowers. Everyone else are no namers. We need more DAWGS look at the teams in the playoffs multiple dawgs on the line skill positions DL & secondary.

If AP goes can we get Brian Flores or Jim Schwartz as DC or Rob Ryan. And PG as HC? And hire a good offensive coordinator. I don’t think Vrabel will be available for a HC. Keep AOC on current deal rebuild oline already have weapons at receivers and tight ends. Draft a RB and QB if possible. And I say a hard No on Will Levis Darnold Fields Wilson coming to The Raiders. Raider Nation has too look at the big picture. Mark Davis is the Boss pretty much he expects too get better. Telesco and AP and Getsey were expected to evaluate who was going to start the season at QB for the first 6 games. Minshew won that spot for whatever reason. Raider Nation has to respect that decision win or lose. AP being a new coach in the NFL first year is doing pretty good working with Telesco and his players. That's the reason Telesco has not fired AP and Mark Davis is happy the Organization is improving from the top down. Their were never going to start Aiden ever not this or next year. Aiden is not their guy they picked through Josh McDaniels hated by Raider Nation. Daniels that guy who they fired and replaced by AP and Telesco themselves with jobs. AP is still trying to get over the Josh McDaniels Patriots way players he brought into Raider Nation. Has far has the 4-12 record it should of been 2-14 getting the n#1 draft but AP had to keep the moral up to keep his job.
