I decided to do this video hopefully to help youbguys understand your oven more and how to use this cooker.
Using an oven for the first time might not be easy but I hope you gain knowledge with this vide explaining how to operate a von Hotpoint cooker.

The oven can only use gas it it is has 4 gas burners ie its completely gas. and when you have a hot plate for electricity the oven is entirely electric can not use gas.

Thanks for this info. I bought mine yesterday and the switch for the big gas burner is not working well, like lighting it is not same as the other 2, do you know why?

I bought this exact cooker, problem is my large burner makes pop sound a lot when through the small space which is there(don't know if am making sense)... Have you experienced such and would you mind showing me how your burner is aligned?

2.can I use the electric burner at the same time with the 3gas burners.
3.can one use zote at ago gas burner,electric and oven.
4.kindly show us how to ignite with no matchbox the gas burner when both gas and electric ziko on.

yes all the burners can light at the same time, just that there will be too much heat in your kitchen
3. Yes, you can bake in the oven, make tea with electric burner and rice with gas burner at the same time.
4 . I will show you in my next video how to light without matchbox when the electric burner is also on [it has its on button]
It's possible to light both of the at the same time cz the functions are different

I have always feared connecting my cooker directly to the COOKER socket. Fear of blowing up the house. I see you are plugging in yours..
Is it a must I get electrician to use the lower socket that is normally provided 1

I use to fear too but if you have the normal io ndio inaeza blow if you dont have a guard .
but to be safe use the one for COOKER then weka guard that way it's the guard that blows incase of an emergency na impact ni kidogo compared to direct.
Then me hiyo socket ya cooker iko na switch mbili . I dont turn the bigger switch on. huwa inatoka moshi hehe

Yes you can ..its very possible.. Cz the oven n the hotplate are electric and the gas will still be connected so yes all cook tops can function the same time as the oven.
the catch is it will be too hot

This oven is among the latest in the market n it actually cooks faster than the ones behind it. kwanza the electric burner is something else ata you cant cook rice with it on full cz itaungua. same to the gas burners. Honestly ts the best for the price gurl.

The new models of VON has 3gas burners n 1 electric the oven is automatically only electric ..
labda u buy zenye ni all gas burners oven will work with gas only.

What button rotates the rotisserie
when you chose where the heat is coming from the top or bottom, there's an extra one for that on this button
when using the oven I realized the whole gas becomes heated is there a problem?

to answer your question no. it's not a problem cz the oven heat is too much it make the whole stand very hot especially when you bake for long. its just normal that's why you are advised to allow t to cool before next baking .

@@thisisfash honestly I don't know, where is the skewer button located? Just turned on the timer, temperature and yhe upper and lower heat then placed the skewer in the hole that you showed us in the oven

You connect the plug to the power source and then use the buttons in the front to turn the electric bunner/ Hot plate on

What's the work of temperature?
To heat/bake your food dear. It varies with the type of food like veggies 200°C fir 10 mins. Cakes 180°C 45 mins etc

Yea it's possible cz at that moment generator will be your source of power.
