Playing this on the PS3 right now. Thanks to Farsight's The Pinball Arcade. I wish I could own the real machine, but this is the nest best thing. :) It's a lot of fun.
I think it might be a little cheaper for all the wrong reasons, since some places have claimed that many of John Trudeau's pinball table values have sank a bit following his arrest last year.
My favorite pinball table ever! Even though I've only played the real thing once while visiting the Pinball Hall of Fame in Vegas, I've still played the hell out of this table digitally via Farsight Studios' The Pinball Arcade on my laptop (which I scooped up RIGHT before they stopped selling it due to their rights to the Williams and Midway tables expiring), and via Pinball FX3 on Nintendo Switch once Zen Studios picked up the rights. I even achieved 100 percent mastery in the Pinball FX3 version, and, thanks to the wizard powers in that game, was able to rack up a ludicrous high score of a whopping 930,929,010 points!
"Maintenance has never been easier" shit that ramp alone is a pain. Most modern Pinballs have LEDs instead of the traditional yellow bulbs. I would have to say this is one of the hardest, but fun at the same time to LED
that easter egg must have been both a response and a plug to Mortal Kombat which came out in August of the same year that CFTBL came out (in December of 1992)

It's funny I'm replying to this comment you typed EIGHT YEARS AGO but I would like to say that this machine could have been any movie really. I have this pinball in my game room so I can say for a fact that it is more about a drive in experience then the movie they are watching. I love how the mixed in the Creatue though I think they did a beautiful job. This is one of the top 3 pinball machines of all time in my opinion

Love the game but man the spacing between the flippers is rough!
That is one of the many trademarks John had in many of his games, which was a large gap between the flippers to make it more challenging
