    Thank you for these exercises! I have trouble separating my toes by themselves. Can I use my hand to assist until they can do it on their own?

      Yes you can do everything at your own pace :)

    Hmmm I do ballet. And after a hip injury that made me stop for 5.5 months then I did pt, fixed the hips but I keep getting a calf strain when I dived back in. Now I’m wondering if it’s because my intrinsic muscles got weakened and straining my extrinsic muscles.

      @@MelThePhysio YES!! I have the pointe and the calf video saved cuz i watched them back to back. I think a combination of strengthening my intrinsic feet muscles and strengthening my calf muscles is the way to prevent this strain I keep getting. Love your super helpful videos!
