Good video. Very well structured. I like the grid you guys made with all the differend types of protocols, it makes it very easy to compare each protocol. Thanks alot!
Thanks for explaining it so well. Side note: You also say the "w" sound for the V in VPN. So you're saying it like WPN. South Asians tend to do that along with Russians.
OpenVPN is still stoked with allowing NSA to have a backdoor access to you private key. And the SW engine was and may still be open to the US 3 letter agencies. I personally, personally prefer GW to GW VPN tunnels, and the OpenVPN SW engine has been knkw to have weakness. But the good part is you can change many variables to keep the 3 letter agencies guessing. IPSec is the best of the options, even if the ISP block UDP 500, In which they dont.
Well explained, but I have YET to get a VPN setup and running on my 2012 server. I have all the ports enabled for remote access, and have tried both PPTP and L2TP, and still can't get a client to connect outside of our local network. Just can't get my head around it.... I've added roles and features for the VPN structure, and the server seems happy about it, but still no client access.
Hi, can you tell me what UDP is and if it's safe, I have a VPN but don't see the open VPN to select so not sure what to do, they have the following to choose from can you tell me which one is the best and safest to use esp to d.l. torrents. PPTP, l2tp, ikev2, TCP, UDP. If anyone knows please reply as I don't want to have my info leaked. Thank you
This was right to the point with a great visual. Thank you!

To the point, informative, and understandable. Thank you!
PPTP does not work on iOS 10 or later.

How would you compare them to OpenConnect?
