- In this video we will dive in how to make this delicious tart with pine nuts filled with a delicious passion fruit and yuzu sabayon. Velvety & oh so addicting. Pine Nut Tart:
280 g. Pine Nuts
360 g. A.P. Flour
70 g. Sugar
1 Egg
225 g. Unsalted Butter (room Temp)
Passion Fruit & Yuzu Sabayon:
2 Eggs + 2 Yolks
3/4 c. Sugar
1/4 c. passion fruit juice
1/4 c. yuzu juice
6 tbsp unsalted butter (cold)
ONLY the highest standards!!

Is there any alternative for yuzu in this recipe?
I had never heard of it before and I'm probably never going to hunt down one of the few who do grow it in Australia.
Totally understand! Meyer lemon is a perfect alternative. As we approach winter, Tangerines would be great also.
