You’re about to question this anomaly when you hear the strong thud of a heartbeat pressed against your cheek, followed by the soothing breaths of someone who’s shirt you’d unconsciously grasped on to. You switch your eyes upward and see your chicken nugget in a peaceful slumber, his head resting on top of yours and his strong arms and beautiful wings wrapped around you like shield of sorts. You immediately settle back down, content to have your husband next to you, even if you two didn’t get to exchange kind words and smooth flirts while awake. Just as your about to close your eyes again, you feel a soft, languid kiss being planted on the crown of your head followed by the tightening of strong arms and wings around your frame. “Goodnight, baby bird. I love you so much.” You smile at his low, mumbled words of love and admiration, raising your head slightly to lightly kiss his jaw. “I love you too, Keigo. Sweet dreams...” Welp I got math homework to do bye ✌️
