Hey Brother. I know this is one of your older videos, and you're probably busy as crap right now (I hope you are!). I just wanted to say that "your simple projects" really-are simple- projects, for those of us who're just starting out and don't have a table saw of any sort, or a "powered-miter-saw". We can still easily perform all the tasks required for your reproducing any of your "simple projects". I really want to tell you how much a appreciate the channel and let you know I'm binge-watching it every chance I get hopping to drive others in the hobby to your channel. Appreciate all your doing, GOD Bless. Happy 4th.
This is a video I like: no background sound track, basic items that people can use - practical, mostly pine, simple items, short, to the point on each item, and you kept it about what you do vs about you. Thank you. BTW, we trimmed a couple apple trees this spring. I've made five unique toothpick holders from limb sections about two and a half inches long and about an inch and a half diameter. On three of them, I left a twig section on and cut it to match the base, like an outrigger. Used a Forestner bit to make the hole. Size based on size of the limb section. No finish, eased the edges with a chisel, smoothed off the ends with a rasp. Fun. I could make about 10-15 in an hour taking it easy. Three bucks a piece? Anyway, looking forward to getting back into the shop. Spring gardening etc.
I made of lot of similar type projects with my two daughters as they were growing up. We were members of a father-daughter YMCA sponsored group and picked a simple holiday-themed project to make each year with our tribe. It also got my retired Dad into the act as he had time and tools to help with these. Great ideas. Thanks for posting.
I have a bunch of two by fours in my garage and been thinking. How could I make some plant boxes so I’m definitely going to check all your videos out plus I love the squirrel picnic table.
For the couch arm hanging thing, one needs a couch with flat top arms. However, there's an end table type thing whose base slides under the end of the couch and the top floats over the arm.
Nice video! For 40 different woodworking projects that sell, it was good to see that you showed things from an easy skill level to harder. One cool project I think some viewers might consider for their businesses would be bar stools (make a set of 4). Thanks so much for sharing it!🌟
Great video! Speaking of wall art, I'd like to see your take on those wall art mountains. I want to make some myself, and I'd be interested to see what you come up with.
Hey dude just found your channel wow videos so far brilliant just setting up side hustle doing things so these were great. A really wanted to build that squirrel table can u send me link to the video a can't find it in your playlist. And any advice for setting up for a new coming woodworker ?🏴👍
Enjoyed the video, and picked up some good ideas. I'm just starting out on my journey in making items out of wood. Just completed my first project a Parquet dining table with bench. Looking forward to making more items and hopefully sell some in the future once I have the confidence. Thank you again for the inspiring video 👍🏻😎
Love the 2x4 challenge. Give me some scrap wood that someone else discarded and give it a 2nd Life. Keep on doing what you have Already Accomplished Well, you are showing others it can be done simply.
one great point of your video, you went at a good pace. Not too fast but not going on and on about each project endlessly, so I'm subscribing to your awesome channel. Cheers
This just popped up in my feed and you should have a lot more subs than this based on what I’ve seen so far. Hopefully this showing up to me might mean the RUclips algorithm gods are shining their light on you! Keep on keepin’ on brother!
Hey man, I’m new here. Quick question, where do you sell at? Also, can you do a video just on that? I’ve tried Etsy for other items that don’t have anything to do with woodworking because I am a business owner, so I tried to branch out with zero luck, so I guess I somewhat, don’t believe in Etsy yet lol. If you are selling on Etsy, I’m very curious about shipping because some of your items that you said are good sellers are kind of big so it would be cool if you could dig into all that.
Video should be titled "Things i made and tried to sell because every other woodworking channel said these are things to make and sell but i never sold any of them."
Hey bro, just wanted to tell you that you have great content. It has given me quite a few ideas that I do in my own wood working hobby/business. Seriously, thank you. Your channel is incredibly under rated. Been subbed for a while.
For me its been crates, and the mini picknick tables. sales are really dependent on who you are selling to, and the platform you are selling on. Hope this helps!
Facebook market place and Etsy are two great online options. You can also reach out to local flea markets and things of the sort and ask to sell products there. hope this helped:)
Every single one of these projects is saturated on Etsy. The people making these videos don't realize/remember that you have to build your store up and have a pretty unique craft in it to stand out.
This was a good list but it would be so more inspiring if you quoted the cost to make and cost you could sell them at. This would give us alot to think on and decide.
Thank you so much for the ideas on your video! By the way, just to throw it out there if anyone needs it, Woody Hyezmar's Bible is still available for anyone to download, go’ogle it…cheers!!
@@stevebell4906 Haha, yeah, that pencil holder is going to be a big seller I'm sure. A piece of 2x4 with holes drilled in it. I'm sure that lines will be forming outside of my garage with all of the people that will want to buy this....lol......fool!
Great vid !
Lots of i ideas for any woodworking newbies looking for inspiration.

Awesome! Thank you for the good ideas!
"Great tip at [10:40] about aligning the wood grain. It made the project look so much more professional."
THanks! These are great ideas, I think also dog houses would sell plenty
Good list, I'm just getting ready to start, God Bless!
Glad to hear it! welcome.
Great ideas. It's good to hear your accompanying comment to it, not only showing pictures. I 'll check out the videos you referred to.

Just getting into woodworking and these are all great to help me get my feet wet. Thanks for the suggestions my man.

will definatly have to give bar stools a go!
Awesome!
Wonderful ideas. Everyday items that would sell easily. Thanks !
Very cute video mate...the part where the squirrels and chipmunks get their own snack tables... 😂👌
A chipmunk on a squirrel table? Absolute insanity
Thank you for helping me with woodworking gift ideas!! :D keep on the good work!
I have seen more canning organizers on here, but you have a LOT to share. Thanks
Great ideas mate definitely some universal ideas
Great video! Speaking of wall art, I'd like to see your take on those wall art mountains. I want to make some myself, and I'd be interested to see what you come up with.

Glad you enjoyed the video!!
Fabulous video! Thank you for sharing.

Such a great video. Packed with good ideas! Just subscribed.
Love the vid. That swoosh sound effect at the start scared tf out of me 😅
Hahahah sorry about that we stay away from the loud swooshes now lmao

Your night stand thing you made could be used as a cool lantern too. I’m so impressed by wood working and want to learn terribly haha
Haha thank you, If you want to learn woodworking you're in the right spot!

Great Video, where can I find the video on how to make the tv remote holder? Thank you
I really liked the video
Also, you had me cracking up at how a coaster works.
Keep up the good work
But did he put it upside down..ha 😊
That was good, man.
Thank you!

Very nice collection! I like the end table a lot (the 2x4 challenge one) :)
This video is GREAT
Thank you! happy new year!
The phone holders are pretty cool, do you have videos on making them
We do not, be we can make that happen very soon!
I love how you kept saying "it'll be in one of the corners" and then you're editing guy put them in the center instead. 😂
great video i like it good work
I think ping-pong paddles were traditionally made from cabinet grade plywood.

@@FishOverChicksWoodworking You deserve the blessing; you and your camera man/editor. Take care!
I totally agree, and hope the videos keep coming. I really miss the Making a Sandwich with Power Tools video though, and wish it was still available.
the videos will 100 percent keep coming, how about "how to make a sandwich with power tools chapter 2" hahah.
Really awesome video! really loved all of the projects. definitely underrated!
Hi man thanks for the ideas ur video was helpful I'm starting wood work a hobbie. Im a newbie so thanks man
Cool projects
The tables sell for me
Btw your name is funny (love fishing and woodworking)
New to RUclips for woodworking
Just subbed
glad to hear it!
picnic tables do not sell in my area..everyone has them..a lot of those items might sell at craft shows..
Which ones have the best margin including time and materials?
For me its been crates, and the mini picknick tables. sales are really dependent on who you are selling to, and the platform you are selling on. Hope this helps!
@@FishOverChicksWoodworking thanks
if you lke Odesza try Kavinsky, Timecop1983, Le Matos, The Midnight
Will do!
👍
grate video! I subscribed!! I will try some of those projects 🙂
awesome!
The Odeza logo is just a d20.
Where and how do you sell these?
Facebook market place and Etsy are two great online options. You can also reach out to local flea markets and things of the sort and ask to sell products there. hope this helped:)
Much better than just 5 ideas and ten minutes of useless chatter. Thanks.
This sorta reminds me of Carrot Top...jk. Great video! Thanks 👍
Well a coaster that works without batteries, must be solar powered. Show us the little picnic table trio
Blessings, John 3:16. Jesus loves you.
Every single one of these projects is saturated on Etsy. The people making these videos don't realize/remember that you have to build your store up and have a pretty unique craft in it to stand out.
when i was a teacher I wanted a box for calculators. I also wanted a box for cellphones (yes , iI taught hs)
Is it works?
Odeza logo? i thought it was a d20
Do they actually sell?
We have had lots of success on Etsy and Facebook market place. They can definatly be big sellers if you find the right platform. Hope this helps.
@@FishOverChicksWoodworking nice thanks

This was a good list but it would be so more inspiring if you quoted the cost to make and cost you could sell them at. This would give us alot to think on and decide.
IF you make cutting boards where you are gluing pieces together...YOU MUST USE FOOD GRADE GLUE!!! Reg wood glue is NOT appropriate to use.
WE DO!
Too much too fast. Awesome products but hard to see when showing off.
you sound rather a lot like dana white
Haha! We love Dana white!
Where do woodworkers typically sell their projects, i got alot of tools i want to refund back in the form of wood products
It's a d20 not a logo 😂
I did the same with Woodglut :)
who buys this stuff? i mean really?
Thank you so much for the ideas on your video! By the way, just to throw it out there if anyone needs it, Woody Hyezmar's Bible is still available for anyone to download, go’ogle it…cheers!!
Audio is really terrible
Most of this stuff sucks! Cheap 2x4 material with a hole drilled into it or a slot cut into it with a tablesaw blade, not very original!
Hoover's suck too mate
Sorry you missed the point...the title is items that sell...now where is that link to Your videos ...and all of your classy stuff?
thats a great point steve! haha!
@@stevebell4906 Haha, yeah, that pencil holder is going to be a big seller I'm sure. A piece of 2x4 with holes drilled in it. I'm sure that lines will be forming outside of my garage with all of the people that will want to buy this....lol......fool!
