Hes so powerful that his zanpakuto has a life of its own. The number one espada also had the same ability which i find very cool as a lore in Bleach
well technically starrk got a fraccion because he felt lonely, he separated himself into 2 with him and liliennette or whatever her name is, while kenpachi just randomly found yachiru in a town, which we know is also a part of his bankai
@@mnam5822 actually starrk and lillinette were the same hollow, (starrk even suggested that lillinette was the original "personality" not confirmed both of them don't know) but they were so powerful that any other hollow would die just by coming near them, and they somehow split into two beings

@@mnam5822 I would argue that it is possible Kenpachi felt lonely as well though too proud to admit it. His power was so great and he killed everything in his path. His sword was able to sense it and maybe split off to form a partner to keep Kenpachi grounded and help him gain comrades until he no longer needed her

I mean his bankai is right there. Others first need to learn shikai. Then they materialize their zanpakuto in their respective forms. Then they use bankai
Kenny already has his bankai manifested. All he needed was grow strong enough and learn his shikai which he gets after fighting the best girl. There he probably got killed thousand times. Now that's one hell of a training my girl gave him.
So training done. Shikai found. Bankai already exists. Then yachiru finally lent her aid to him.

I mean Kenpachi did "intense training" well before he got his eyepatch. In the flash back he didnt have an eyepatch at all. It was through countless killing sprees that he "intensely trained". Its a different version of obtaining power called experience.

Yachiro, the manifestation of Kenpachi's zanpaktou has herself a shikai release of a zanpaktou, think about how strong that makes Kenpachi when a manifestation of a fragment of his soul has the ability to have its own individual spirit.

I think that Yachiro’s shikai is actually the shikai of the Soul Reaper who was the original owner of kenpachi’s zanpaktou.

Not a shikai i think, for a zanpakuto to manifest physically, the blade always disappear but not for yachiru she still got his katana. Theres a theory that since Yachiru is Zaraki zanpakuto, she actually just using some Zaraki reiatsu to make a "monster of her own imagintion" since zaraki zanpakuto basically have a personality of a child who loves fighting(which is yachiru)

The one thing I remember from reading the manga is when Kenpachi actually activated his Bankai to fight the invading Quincy's, someone said His Bankai is strong enough to shake the whole Soul Society and that gave me freaking chills
