Thank you for this channel. You are using your God given talent to bless us all. I had been humming many of these to my great grandson as I rock him to sleep each night. Now we listen to you play them and it is wonderful! May God continue to use you in this way and thank you so much.

Hi, Betty. It makes my day to know that you enjoy the music that I play, and even more that you sing along. Good for you, Betty! Our God is a mighty God.
Thank you, Twila. I feel the same way about hymns. They bring back so many memories of days gone by and speak so well about my Savior. You can find all of my homemade videos on RUclips if you search under “music from my living room. “
Thank you so much, Jill. Playing hymns from my youth bring such delight and solace as I reflect on the love of my Savior. I’m blessed to know it blesses you too. ❤️
Stan, how delightful to hear from you all the way from Canada. I live in Indianapolis Indiana, and I am blessed to know that my music is touched your heart. You may find others of my homemade videos by searching under “music from my living room.”
I live in Indianapolis, Indiana, Carolyn. Regrettably, I agree with you. Music in many churches has changed dramatically. That makes these hymns even more precious to me.
Davis, the first hymn was “He Leadeth Me,” such a blessed thought. In this day especially it’s a comfort to know our God is in control. He leadeth me, O blessed thought! O words with heav'nly comfort fraught! Whate'er I do, where'er I be Still 'tis God's hand that leadeth me. He leadeth me, He leadeth me, By His own hand He leadeth me; His faithful foll'wer I would be, For by His hand He leadeth me. Sometimes 'mid scenes of deepest gloom, Sometimes where Eden's bowers bloom, By waters still, o'er troubled sea, Still 'tis His hand that leadeth me. Lord, I would place my hand in Thine, Nor ever murmur nor repine; Content, whatever lot I see, Since 'tis my God that leadeth me. And when my task on earth is done, When by Thy grace the vict'ry's won, E'en death's cold wave I will not flee, Since God through Jordan leadeth me.
Thank you for sharing some of Ira Stamphill’s music, that I haven’t heard in a long time. Such as, Until Then…..Until the day God calls me home! My sister sang that one many times for our Sunday evening service as a special number and I would accompany her - we were in high school. Such great memories! Long ago and far away! She has been gone for almost 10 years now. I miss her every day!
