@@grondhero I get that but the sentencing hearing date is usually established after the verdict is rendered?
@@TheGdav0202 im wondering the same thing the judge was short and sweet but i wanted to hear more and will the jury now be involved in the punishment phase
@@TheGdav0202 Yes. They have to be found guilty before you can tell them what their punishment (sentencing) is.
