- At 2016's Broadway Bares: On Demand, a wildly popular medieval fantasy epic got the Broadway Bares treatment as “Throne Games” pitted a warrior and servant in an aggressive physical battle over the attentions of a powerful dragoness in choreography by Eamon Foley with assistance from Michael Bullard and Kaitlin Niewoehner. Her exotic dragons were portrayed by three aerial artists spinning high above the runway staged by Ryan Lyons. Costume design by Nicolas Putvinski; costume construction by Izquierdo Studio; hair design by Jon Jordan; projection design by Jason Lee Courson; and music editing by DJ Penny Wild.

Chiseled morning show hosts, rock-hard reality show contestants and pumped up politicos took over the airwaves at this year’s ratings-raising edition of Broadway Bares, an evening of elaborately staged burlesque production numbers that gave a new meaning to “Bares TV.”
Produced by and benefiting Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, Broadway Bares: On Demand raised an impressive $1,482,724 in two performances on Sunday, June 19, 2016.
Broadway Bares: On Demand featured 198 of New York’s sexiest and most talented dancers, entertaining standing-room-only audiences at New York City’s Hammerstein Ballroom. The evening was dedicated to the victims, families and friends of last week’s Orlando night club tragedy.

I feel sad that the audience didn't cheer more at the end. I was expecting screams. I LOVED that! Such a fantastic interpretation of the story and brilliantly performed.

I think that is one of the ideas behind Broadway Bares. It is a fundraiser for HIV charities, sure, but it us also a chance for finely trained athletes who perform eight shows a week to show off the result of long, long hours of work.
It's easy to be confident about one's body when one lives at the gym and obsesses over the euro-centric idea of "beauty." That's what all these white muscletwinks are...obsessed about their looks and totally into showing off their half naked body. It's narcissim and exhibitionism meeting at the intersection of Famewhore and Ego streets...

This had potential but the random naked men had too much focus , especially the main duo . I was more interested in how the Dragons and Dany were depicted. Also was there no POC dancers available to the play the Dothraki?

I do not understand and I'm confused. On the one hand, beautiful bodies, plastic and choreography, on the other, I was brought up on productions at the Mariinsky Theater and classical Shakespeare.

Things that would have fixed this:
-POC playing the dothraki/ unsullied
- the two mains should have been Grey worm and Mesendei
- Viserion is yellow not blue
- Dany should have been the main focus or the dragons even : especially considering their depiction through dance... what a missed opportunity
- the choreographer should have watched the show
AM i think you didn't watch the show either bc viserion does turns blue
A boy Has no name yes but this is representing the part of the show before the fight in the Pitt . Viserion was yellow when he was with Dany. If they change that it just looks like they only watched the last season for some reference
I feel like the choreographer and whoever came up with the costume design, has never watched the show. The dragons are red, yellow and green! I know that changed but it just seemed like someone saw the Wite Dragon transformation and thought “ This dragon is blue”.
