There is huge difference on before and after plastic surgery photos.
Believe it or not, Lana Del Rey’s lips are too full and plumped to be true and we can notice a change in the shape and appearance of her nose, which could be a result of a nose job..

like those first pictures are all after her lip injections she got them in like 2010. and i dont think she has done anything else her nose is real
In the Before at :57, her nose looks the same as it did in the after. However, I still think she had a well-done nose job, as you can see in the other photos.
I wonder if anyone's gone to get plastic surgery and has said I want the Lana nose and lips please? I know I do ...but I would look crazy, she looks good!💓💓

She's obviously had quite a bit done to her face and I think she looks great. I'd just go easy on the upper lip filler but it's all tasteful. I'd do the same thing if I had millions of $$. It's just fun.
Naforbe u don’t need to be a millionaire to have a bit of work done. I’m 20 and have had 2 cosmetic procedures and have gone under the knife around 4 times.. it’s all about what u choose to spend your money on and at the end of the day we all die so I’d rather die looking a million dollars then die looking 100k real or not it’s all mine as I paid for that shit lol

the timeline doesn't really make much sense. I'm not convinced in any case, the after pictures are all of her with loads of make-up on and the before ones are of her when she was like ten and had little to no make-up. even so, who cares, she's a great artist, just enjoy her music.

I agree. She's still beautiful, but I'm afraid she will end up ruining her face because people in the biz have a hard time knowing when to stop procedures.

I just had a nose job and I can tell she had one too although it seems mine came out better and I went to Mexico for the procedure go figure 🤷🏻♀️

She looks different I wouldn’t say “weird”. In order to get her nose like how it was the surgeon would have had to have done a lot of sharpening of the cartilage. As the years have gone on her nose has changed as the cartilage has become smaller and smaller thus making her nose tip cave in over time. She still looks beautiful though and although her nose now looks worked on, at least it looks nice!
