What I ended up doing is using a ruler and a butter knife about three times to score it. It worked really well.

Very difficult to see placement of all the score lines on the dark blue cardstock.

You could probably make tick marks and score with a straight blade.

Can’t see your hands for the tassel.
Why do you numbers such as 2 1/8 …these numbers and all those tools arent user friendly
Just use number for example
(3.2inch , 3.5, 3.7 inch) or use cm if you want …without using fractions… decimals are much easier.
