The Mukuta 10 Plus is a high power electric scooter with enough juiced to hit 40 mph before your life can flash before your eyes. The dual motor 60v power train on this electric scooter has 20.8ah of battery capacity with can in theory give you 62 miles of range, but not the way I ride it. Come along with me for a mukuta 10 plus electric scooter review and see what you think.
I like the review. A few things since I have this exact scooter. I have 900 miles on my Mukuta 10+ and it is the best scooter I own. The folding handlebars are actually wonderful. Never gets loose on me. Put the throttle to an ergonomic position. It will be better. It defiantly has regen braking and will kick in more aggressively at higher speeds. No need to be confused by it. You can turn off cruise control in p settings. I wouldn’t suggest keeping that active. This scooter is fine in single motor. It won’t damage it. It is sdesigned for either single or duel. Many other cheap scooters can have problems in only single motor. If you put in PMT tires 10x3 size, it is a game changer. Trust me. Less peeling out and way more grip on the road. Plus smmmmooooootttthhh ride. Again I have almost 1000 miles and ZERO issues at all. It is completely affiliated with vsett so it is basically a vsett 10+ but in turbo mode all the time.
Did you have metal shavings?
Fun review looks like an awesome scooter y'all have 👍🏻!
Cool. Thanks
Mine is great too! It rips!
@@sunnydays3476 mine was pretty much flawless when it showed up and I have 600 miles on it without a single problem or hiccup.
if you change to dual motors while moving and this depends on the scooter. It may slightly damage or stuff up your speed controller and it isn't great for the motors either. hope this helps with your question a bit👍
That's definitely a juiced ride! OMG that thing flies! You are way braver than me to ride it that fast! Cool review Matt 😎🤙
I blew off these powered scooters because of the plague of discard rentals everywhere. But these machines are nice. Good layout, powerful, and they look like a lot of fun. Thanks again!
@20:39 DEEZ NUTS.. in the sky 🤣 Props too that guy
3:16 woah I did not know that. That’s a super helpful bit of info brother, thank you! 🙏🏼
Glad to see you doing another scooter review! Keep them coming. Maybe give a 72V scooter like the Kaabo Wolf King GT a try sometime
Bro he's going to have to buy some motorcycle gear if he tests that out lol!
I just picked up a Jackrabbit, my first e-anything, and I am completely obsessed. I've been binging an obscene amount of content surrounding the hobby, and this guy has to be the greatest personality of the bunch. This is some of the most fun I've ever had. Why did I wait so long, and waste so much time in other hobbies lmao....
Yeah, I know, right? Me too.
Amazing review 🤘🏻
Nice video Bro.
P17 in P-set, adjust the value to 0, you can turn off cruise control.😀
This looks fun. I think I will buy this same model. Thanks for the review
did you buy one yet?
@@jBstfu not yet.
@@jBstfu YES, I just got it. So much fun!
@@That_Cyber_DudeI want to buy this what battery option should I get?
Try putting the throttle and brake on your right hand at about 45º angle with the throttle facing forward and the brakelever slightly facing down and it will be a lot more comfertable 👍
I agree but the throttle is too long aswell though
Glad you decided to use the manual, highly recommend to read instructions before riding s 45 mph scooter.maybe the metal shavings came from your power drill. Not recommended to run motors while charging, but it's your channel.
Those handlebars on a $2000 e-scooter is unacceptable ...
When you going to do another surron vid, we miss those? 💪
You should review the Yume Hawk, it's on a similar caliber but much cheaper, with some debatably better features
I've ordered this scooter cant wait till it arrives. Wonder could you do a a video how to set up properly as in the settings. Plus can you use the nfc on your phone?
This thing is the best, settings should come good to go
👍🏻
I’ve never wanted a scooter but suddenly find myself wanting a scooter 😂
I have this Mukuta 10+ and it is absolutely wonderful.

@@ubfysted1305how’s it holding up?
@@ubfysted1305is this a better buy than vsett10+?
@@ubfysted1305how much did you pay for it ?
You won't damage your scooter in single motor mode but there is literally no reason to run a dual motor scooter in single motor. It's actually more efficient to run 2 motors as each one is only using half the power to do the same thing. Single motor mode will put more current into it especially when accelerating. 2 motors running at 500w each is less stressful and more efficient than one motor doing 1200 watts to achieve the same nm of torque.
9:30 Bro, what was that creepy elevator chime 😭
The design looks like something out of a Zelda temple
Those shavings were so that u guarantee inner tube replacements apon arival 😊
Death Trap = I want one!!!
The brake lights and turn signals are barely visible from the rear. This was a major oversight from the designers. That's my only major complaint.
What app is that you're using for a GPS speedometer?
Those metal shavings were sketchy af
He probably stuffed the bolt from the drill 😂
@@kagic5251I was thinking the same. Hard to believe those lasted on the deck with all the movement during shipping but who knows.
Deez Nutz in sky writing?? LOL
What mic set up you use? There’s like no wind noise lol
You need to adjust the angle of the thumb trottle and brake levers by loosening the bolts and rotating them. It makes a massive difference.
Definitely a zippy lil scooter!
Ohh, and you asked if theres Electric Paddleboards...absolutely! Though if you want Water fun on something Electric, you should look into the Hydrofoil designs out there! They look like you're hovering above the water, and you can still carve around like a surfboard! 😍❤️🤘
Should give the shocks a full turn or 2 more pre load , looks solf
Not to worry Matt: Those are Lithium shavings, not toxic or otherwise pathogenic in any way. Or perhaps depleted uranium? Anyhoo, not to worry bruh...😒
That is one bad looking scooter Love it.
Have you had any E-Class scooters ? some the faster ones can hit 70MPH
Nice reveiw, but we realy would like to see u put all da items on da scooter dat comes with it, da bag should have been on da scooter, why leave it off doe, its part of da scooter.
Do you sell the bikes that you review?
looks like a Vsett 10+ variant
vsett uses same screen, mine was good out of the box, it just have molded Vsett instead og Makuta, but is easy to see, in sunlight, out of the box (settings?) also u have an error code, it is supposed to show odometer readout, at the top of the screen
and throotle, is cuz u need to use right arrow up and down, and run it off cruise control
Isn’t the maximum speed for a scooter in California? 15 miles an hour?
I recently cracked the stem on my Vsett and the only thing saving it from completely snapping in half was the pin that binds it to the locking/folding mechanism. I don't see that safety feature here and it's concerning.
😳 holy crap dude, these things are scary
how did you crack the stem?
It looks like a really nice scooter looks like it goes pretty fast I wish somebody to send me a couple scooters to test testament Florida in the woods and in the dirt And through the city
Glad to see you in a helmet
It’s wild that we have electric scooters now that you could legit get a speeding ticket on in some cities 😂
One question
What is the sinewave controller of the scooter? Does is helps?
Sine wave controllers feel more smooth acceleration response compared to a square signal
@@JuicedJoyridesthanks!
And at 16:40 you said something about the throtlle. Does it lags or something. Just curious because i want to buy this model or the vsett 10+ and i don't know which one is the best. Thanks a lot and keep up the good work.😊
I love this
so sad no visual rear stop light for back incoming vehicles. quite not convenient and unssafe to get these lights on sides.
It's beautiful. But 45 mph is too dangerous. I got one (G63) similar with dual 1200W motors, max 35 mph, and it's just as good as the Mukuta but my G63 cost only $1200. Mukutas are $2000.
Really like your "naive" review. More realistic for those of us looking to get into scooters . You show the same joy, surprise, caution and fear i might ..going over 40 mph on one of those things. Also, real world potholes, pedestrians, patched roads unlike review i saw of guy cruising Central Park.. thanks !👍🏽
Try nami Klima 😊😊
Scooting on sand (near the beach) is the worst place, as sand is extremely slippery for small wheels.
Is there a D ring where you can logk it up?
If so I would have showed it in the build portion, not that I can recall, maybe the hook to lift it?
@@JuicedJoyrides all scooters are kinda awkward to lock up. What's the best way? I feel like a chain or cable can just be twisted looser.
The break lights at the side is a bit strange. Not sure why they didn't have them on the back where they belong. I don't see the point of turn signals on scooters has they are very thin machines and 99% of people just think they are flashing lights and not turn signals has again they are on the side. I very much doubt a car would see it let along understand that the rider is turning?
It's always crazy to see how fast the e-scooters can go in america. Over here in Germany they are locked to 20kmh (12mph) and if you modify it it's illegal and will cost you some big money
Canada sucks like that too 32km (20MPH basically) .. cops don't mind if have lights and keep in proper lane (modded my bike too 72v, 3000w... it does 65MPH but have speed modes, so don't get caught)
I'm an American and even I'm flabbergasted by how much we're allowed to get away with lmao For now at least. I feel like we're a handful of accidents away from hard regulation state to state. To be fair, we probably don't need e-scooters that can go over 60mph, but you might as well enjoy it while you can!
And hey, at least Germany has the autobahn.
@@ahorserunning Well yeah, that’s true. Our Autobahns are crazy too. But just as you said with the scooters, I’ll repeat it for the Autobahns: You might as well enjoy it while you can; as the politics are discussing about a 130kmh (80mph) speed limit like almost any other European country has it.
@@MarioMadness1 At least you are legally allowed to almost drive double the speed we’re allowed to. Driving here feel so slow and overtaking bikes feels unpleasant as it takes ages and the person just staring at you while passing. I think 32kmh is a good decision, as it’s faster that taking the bus or cycling, but it’s still safe. But yes, I can understand you, driving ~70kmh (45mph) with a little scooter will be fun, until you crash.
But first time seeing someone modding a bike :O
@@derbrot2428 32km is a ok speed for area's ! speed limit is 40km for most streets.. but you want too be least able too overtake cars a bit so that's why upgraded ! You really don't need highway speeds, and even more so on a scooter.. plus I have too wear a motorcycle helmet and leather jacket for safety.. I wouldn't say its really "legal" too go WAY above the speedlimits
Serious power delivery. The throttle is super sensitive and if you're heavy-handed you will get bucked on yer butt.
I would not trade my Eagle One and its features for the extra 5mph. This one looks kinda sketchy to me lol
-------- over speed bump "Ugghh, not really, "😂😂😂
I think 40mph. is to fast for a skooter. But if someone has training for those speed conditions it would be more exceptional. I'am totally for people to have fun. Just be safe about it.
Wearing more gear would make you feel a little better, like a motorcycle jacket, pants and boots, just saying. A good rule of thumb is every 10mph is 1mm of flesh lost to road rash.
The metal shavings look like solder, very concerning.
Hey! Those shavings are extra. Please return.
1.28.24 rip gato 😢
Is it just me or does he sound like Ray Romano from everybody loves Raymond?
I highly doubt that Bird scooter goes 30 mph lol that guy has no clue
wouldn't even go 30kph
do u still have this scooter? if u do ill buy it of u i live in la yahoooo!
this thing is nutsss thank you for letting me buy it!
Lucky
No shavings.
This reviewer most certainly has an extensive mechanical background!
LOL Matt lost 10 lbs 💀
Scooters are safe esk8 is dangerous...👍
Please don't change your motor while your moving it will ruined your controller! STOP first then change your dual motor.
I think al scooters should have removable batteries 🔋
You have so much scooters can I have one
Not first
This is such a great scooter, I ride mine everyday and it's super smooth and strong, we sell them at the store as well and they fly off the shelves.
Excuse me sir you wanted deez nutt calipers i dont think whe have tha......... realizes💀💀
Can i have one?
Ok nice but it’s not cheap
I’ve watched this video about 5 times and it actually led me to buy one, great reviews dude👍👍👍
Bro said 30 on a bird
Made from Chinesium.
why are escooters so much faster and more powerful for the same range as ebikes? lemmy guess....fking politicians....
A lack of legislation, basically. These devices are a giant grey area, you can find ebikes that go just as fast as these, and they're probably safer, too. Doesn't mean you should go that fast, though.
Domingo all thet Staff While you charging👎
first
"This looks like a throttle." "...These high powered scooters definitely freak me out." "Forgot my helmet." (Which for over 30mph should definitely be full face.) "Maybe my throttle isn't positioned right or something?" "I am genuinely scared." Are you kidding? There is a learning curve to riding. What made you feel qualified to review this scooter, or any scooter in the 60v (or far more powerful 72v) class? Trying not to be rude, but you need to get far more experienced with many dual motor scoots, many miles and different conditions, before pretending to be a reviewer. Sorry to be negative, but not much good information can come out of this.
He mentioned outright that he doesnt have too much experience with these powerful scooters, and that’s alright!
Instead of lying and pretending to be a "pro scooter reviewer", we actually got a genuine impression from an actual beginner’s perspective.
It’s actually quite entertaining to watch and not boring at all…
Just perhaps, change your mindset as a viewer abit.
@@yokakeshinowakane If a person who got their driver license two weeks ago did an in depth review of a Lamborghini, would you value their input about the car? Or just be amused when they wrapped it around a pole?
invalid discount for the Code you have posted. I not have ZERO confidence with your review and product. not buying.
Dang, are you sure you entered it correctly? Last I check it worked. This is probably the best scooter I have rode this year
mine was cheaper and faster than that thing
such a bad presentation
No offense. But that scooter not very good looking. Nice review though.
You have ZERO taste. ZERO
i really dont understand this guy, taking the scooter out of the box, but no clue woatsoevere to thighten everithing down so its not moving and in a comfortable position... from just looking at the trottle and brake levers i getting the urge to kick someone... and then later on he also says its not ergonomicliy... serious..... learn about it....duuuddeee
Bad review.
im not a fan of scooters but this looks like a good one! dont the manufacturers of these ebikes and scooters know that the screen is unreadable in the sun light...peace out
These come from large scale manufacturers in China.. unless a company like apollo is behind QC and design, it'll be less likely to have everything it needs as manufacturers don't have the data, I guess? They need the company to reach customers and tweak design. And the industry is so new, maybe that too.
Where do you live ???
