Jody, I bought a bowdabara many years ago, and I love it! I bought one for medium-jumbo bows and one for mini - small bows! You would love it. It would add to your creativity. Bowdabara has a online video with how to do different bows!

I watched your video yesterday and went to Dollar Tree and got the materials. bTW the contents of the hat paper/ polyester means that you can't let it get wet. I had a beautiful straw purse once that I laundered because it had gotten soiled. When all was done, I opened the washing machine and found a wad of paper mache and the fabric lining with the tag.

Hi, Sometimes you can find it at the Dollar Tree. If not you can get it at any craft store. It's raffia.

You could just leave the hat as is..no need to pin it down.
