@@MeecatMovie it's an official Miffy popup! Germany is so close to Netherlands we get all the great Miffy things which I appreciate because there's no Sanrio licensee here. Gotta get my cutie fix somehow!

@@MeecatMovie I am especially in love with the wooden Christmas figurines! I live north of the state where they are traditionally made and those same factories also made some of the coolest mid-century doll furniture. The wooden angels are now a "protected cultural good" like Champagne or Parmesean! I'm not sure what's up with Sanrio in the EU. We have a great distributor in UK but after Brexit the import tariff is wicked. In trying to find out why I can't find anything Keroppi here, I got DEEP into the rabbit hole and found that Sanrio was actually sued by the European Commission several years ago over some kind of refusal to set up an EU distributor. I don't know any details, but we still have no Sanrio. We did get the Happy Meal Yu-Gi-Oh toys last month and Hello Kitty shows up at Primark but Keroppi is my little man and I miss him so!!
Yes yes! I’m crazy for the wooden Christmas miniatures. My most fave is the spinning candles. I have a few items from Volker.m.arnold on IG. My most fave Sanrio is Choco cat but unfortunately there are not many items of him. Btw, how was your shopping trip yesterday? Did you get any Miffy for your room?
