The stitch is pretty easy and also very well suited for a headband. I would only suggest to crochet it in the round (it‘s not harder than doing it flat) and it helps avoid the somewhat unsightly seam (I couldn’t figure out how to hide it well)

Maybe a little large head. Try fitting it on around your head before you begin row 2 😊
