Thank you for another great session, I look forward to these everyday as it’s not just for the exercise. I love how everyday we have a focus to ask ourselves something. It’s the first time I’ve really enjoyed exercise as I’m finding it’s not just for my body it’s for my mind and well-being. I’m trying to get my husband to have a go as he hasn’t done yoga before.

Love this challenge! It's the perfect length where it's not too short but not too long (20 minutes and 10 days) so I feel I can fit it into the day. Can't believe I'm almost half way!
With yoga I always tend to look at my physical ability and never really look within when I’m doing the moves but I asked myself to relax and was able to get deeper - perfect practice after a late night last night to get the most out of today! Thank you!
After not having wifi since Saturday I finally was able to complete day four yesterday. It was honestly so much out of my comfort zone and I now know that I need to connect with my body more often. Thanks for opening my eyes Jen 💚!

My day started with a yin yoga class today and then I met with you Jen♥️ I dont know how to start on what I discovered today, but I guess I should list the 2 most I liked🥳 First of all the sequence that we did on both sides were joyful. I have never made the transition of side plank then a chest opening flow like counting 3 times. Everytime, I was able to go high with my hips💗 The second thing that I would like to mention is, I have never close my eyes in a balance pose, and I dont know how, I find that courage in me and for 6 seconds my eyes were closed and that feeling… I may not describe🥲 I love flowing with you! Thank you so much💗 see you tomorrow!👼🏻
Loved this flow! So feminine and expressive, quite different from my regular practice as I kept asking myself questions and trying to listen to my body. I quite enjoyed the juicy side-bends too. Can’t wait for the next one!

Never usually practise in the middle of the day but took the time today to reset at lunch time and have a stretch! Feeling so much calmer going into the rest of the day! Thank you

I found it quite odd to ask myself what do you need, how can I move to feel better. How crazy is that we bend over backwards to help others and ask them what they need but when it comes to ourselves it’s weird😬. Definitely something I have to work on. Thank you for this beautiful flow🤍.

I cannot believe I actually got round to doing this after a whole long day of yoga teacher training where I must have spent a good 3 hours doing really challenging yog already phew 🥵 but gotta say this little flow here was just what I needed to relax before bed for the final time 🤩 loved the transitions here so much! ❤️ also felt amazing in all the side bends 🙏 thank you!
This flow brought some sweat forth, pheeeww! Woke up early today to get time to do the flow before getting into my stressful everyday schedule, however I forgot the timezone difference. 🙄Waited eagerly for the video to uploaded so I could get a peaceful mind-to-body session break at work and looord my body needed this!🙈💕 Thank you for a wonderful find-yourself session, I'm planning to do day 2 in the evening, I'm honestly so excited for it 🥺❤
It's so clear that when you designed and created this challenge you did with a strong intention, and this intention is coming forward in every single flow. The timing of this challenge is so insane, every single day is perfectly in line with what my body/mind need and with what happens in my life in some way. Thank you for being authentic, you definitely won my hearth and a student.💚🙏
This was exactly what I needed today. Yesterday felt tough whereas today felt more natural. Todays flow really resonated with me and given me a wonderful feeling which I hope stays with me for the rest of the day
