Hello. Thanks for your tutorial. As a matter of fact i spend a lot of cash on wooden frames and cannot keep a single one because they warp at long run and loose rigidity and my colleagues also come for some when they need screens for their jobs. So I switched to investing my cash on purchasing aluminium square frames and riveted them as you did for my own personal jobs. Wow! excellent and durable though expensive but it is the best. So Guys, spend more cash on aluminium frames but save money at the long run.

that's also aluminum, angle aluminum, 1/4 thick.. then the glue is contact cement..
