@@mijinoh5297 100% you want to get Pre-approved with a local lender who knows our market. I work with the best lenders in the area. Unfortunately you will have to pay PMI when you put less than 20% down.
I think Goose creek village is the best value. Homes here are in high demand and Stone Bridge High school 🏫. Closest to Dulles greenway and bus station 🚉 to subway. Shopping is walking distance as is healthcare and vision and dental. Highest elevation in Loudon county. Your sleeping 🛌 on Goosecreek village. Ashburn village homes are too old and subject to repair
