    PHILLY STEAK SANDWICHES WRITTEN RECIPE :
    Ingredients :
    Beef Undercut thinly sliced ½ kg
    Mushrooms sliced 8
    Capsicum julienne 1
    Onion thick sliced 1
    Salt 1 tsp
    Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
    Mustard paste 1 tsp
    Vinegar 2 tbsp
    Brown sauce powder 1 tbsp
    Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
    Hot dog rolls 4
    Oil ¼ cup
    Soya sauce 1 tbsp
    Chili sauce 1 tbsp
    METHOD :
    Cut undercut into thin slices, cut bread rolls into halves lengthwise, marinate undercut with salt, pepper, Brown sauce powder, Worcestershire sauce, Soya sauce, Chili sauce and 2 tbsp oil, grill in grill pan, place the mushroom, onion and capsicum on the hot grill. On the other side, put the undercut, cook and stir separately, add vinegar and mustard, when the vegetables are slightly soft, put the slices of cheese over the beef to melt, remove, scoop the cheesy grilled beef into sandwich rolls, top with capsicum and onion, serve hot.
    BAKED CHICKEN CHILI WRITTEN RECIPE :
    Ingredients :
    Chicken breasts cut into julienne 2
    Salt 1 tsp
    Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
    Lemon juice 2 tbsp
    Onion medium sliced 2
    Capsicum julienne 1
    Big green chilies julienne 6
    Mushrooms sliced 6
    Cumin seeds ½ tsp
    Big red chilies sliced 2
    Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
    Tomato paste 2 tbsp
    Fresh coriander 3 tbsp
    Cheddar cheese ½ cup
    Mozzarella cheese ½ cup
    Oil ¼ cup
    METHOD :
    Boil red chili and blend into a paste, marinate chicken breast with salt, garlic, lemon juice, chili paste, cumin, oil, keep it for 30 mins. Heat grill pan, add ¼ cup oil and grill the chicken pieces, when half done, turn once between, sprinkle salt and lemon juice, when done remove. Make chili sauce by mixing chili paste with tomato paste, crushed red pepper, take a casserole dish, add oil, put chicken and vegetable strips, chopped coriander, chili sauce, top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese, put another layer of veggies and chicken, bake for 10 mins, remove from oven, serve with garlic bread.
