AI can't replace human in Agencies but can save you a lot of time and money. In a SMB you can replace a 10 member marketing team with a single guy + Chat GPT

Super cool interview! Would love to implement this into our business for all our sales & customer service emails and phone calls. Would save us a ton of money and could probably do a better job with generative AI.

The future of interfaces section is a key insight. The more i see how larger business on the cutting edge (and new startups) are approaching integrating AI in their workflow the more i see how the primary way brand interact with their consumers is changing.
Ie. Blogs will be dead - talking with them as a knowledge source or expert will be the new normal.
But a key aspect of that is going to be dynamically rendering an interface or interactive UI elements that are additive to the information provided. Thats the part that hasnt been figured out yet but will be the next value unlock.
That's exactly what hit me about a week ago...or really when this AI shit hit the mainstream.
Totally with you on this! It's super exciting to see how AI is revamping the way brands connect with their audience. Moving from blogs to AI-powered conversations feels like we're stepping into a sci-fi future, doesn't it? And yeah, the real magic will happen when we figure out those interactive UI elements that add depth to these interactions. Can't wait to see the innovations that'll unlock this new value. What a time to be alive in the tech world!
I honestly believe the opportunity is gonna be ChatBots combined with AI Persona Bots. THAT'S gonna be the future.
And the more you can feed your persona on the database which will inevitably make it more complex, the higher the conversions will be thus making the bots more valuable themselves.

I am a bit confused about building my company based on openai models. What if they have problems... everything will shut down 😂
That's true. But what's the risk/reward of NOT building your company based on OpenAI models? Because we know it's here to stay.
And we also know that there'll be iterations with everything going on in the space no matter what. Just keep evolving & adjusting. I believe in you champ
If you do it properly, you could pivot and swap the underlying model behind your product or offer. That's what they referred to as being "model agnostic". The tool should support that (Voicflow does) and your offer can be model agnostic

Completely disagree. OpenAI is already in consumer facing app business (ChatGPT, GPT’s).
