Can you imagine Useless Busy Bodies like MPs especially Oscar Sudi etc who are paperless earning more salary than Medical Doctors??? Kenya is slowly becoming a Stateless Country😭😭😭😭🇬🇧
I really feel very bad if this govt can make our young doctors to sleep at night in the cold at afya house to ask for their right .This govt has gone too low .
I disagree. what these institutions need are good managers like real ceos. people who have run companies successfully. To me Kagwe was or is the best CS of health we ever had. And he did not have a medical background. He was hailed globally as one of the most effective health ministers during Covid. Someone with a medical back ground should be advisors they are not necessarily good managers. Its all about Management in these Ministries. A ceo brings a different perspective. His main job is execution thats their main job to execute , communicate to the public. kagwe fit that role well.
The problem is as a medical intern you can't work without internship unlike other courses where all you need is attachments and personally sought internship
Hopefully if they get the job ,And go to work not being lazy finding them not working as we have been expected because the employed by the government,They should be accountability

Even doctors can’t work without secure streets and facilities, or running water in their facilities. C+ students these days can attend medical school, and are not that different from plumbers in IQ. So who is more important?

A fact is not arrogance. The nature of the job is risky and hard. Why ain't you a doctor?
So is being a policeman, a plumber, military person etc. Your job does not supersede others
If you behave well you need minimum policing.plumber you don't que for plumbers for service
