There was a small mistake. Gyokuyou herself didn't use the powder but it was the baby's wet nurse. That is why she wasn't sick while Lihua who herself was using the powder was sick.
So the reason that Lihua's son died wasnt because the information didn't get there on time, it's because Lihua's lady in waiting thought that she would want to continue using it to make her and her baby beautiful. The lady in waiting thought the poison was just a lie.
You probably should right "Past" within the title like "The Apothecary Diaries Past" but anyways nice designs and good reaction video! Also the ending to this reaction lol!
