Agree with you in both points. Single sitting feels like you running on a stopwatch, I don’t like that either. Also, with the canals, well said: if you cant find, try on next sitting, definitely gonna find.
You only need one condition for Obturation - dry canal, doesn't matter how big the lesions are or of its a Retreatment case or non vital case, if you achieve dry canal then obturation is better than placing ICM

Hii sir plz reply! Last time Mai jab hospital Gaya tha infection nikalwane tb doctor ne infection niakala aur cotton bharke uske upar cement fill kr diya ! But uske 2-3 baad cement nikal gaya ! Aur wo cotton air water ke contact mein aane laga ! Mere dant mein file tooti hai to uss file ka air aur water ke sath me contact ho ke file ko rust to nahi aaya hoga na ? Isse ye sab huye 1 month se bhi jyada samay ho gaya ?
