    Hi Mike, I figured this video was the good one to post this on. Thanks to your channel, I was finally able to justify getting my dream car! I’m a Montrealer myself, and a parent, so driving two kids around and winter driving are a must. I finally purchased a month ago a 2021 black R/T T/A with the M6. You helped me lots man, so thank you, and for that I’d say keep the Artie, I just love that red leather!

    No don't trade it. You may be able to get a good chunk back but 10-15k over isn't worth it.

    If you are happy with the car, then keep it. The biggest benefits you may find in a new model are better suspension and brakes, as well as electronic improvements like Apple Carplay support. But from an engine and transmission standpoint, it's the same. Trade in values are great, but unless you have the money for a trim level upgrade, there's no point trading it in.

    bought my ‘16 RT challenger at 28k miles for $17k from an old guy who had it sitting in his driveway for a year. Sadly now has the exact same driveshaft issue yours had, and the dealership couldn’t figure out what the issue was when I first took it. None the less, we’re at 39k miles now & i’m looking to go double my investment soon at these prices. 😂

    Prices are crazy for both used and new for all trims. So even if you are selling high you are still buying the new car at high price .
    But maybe selling and waiting for prices to stabilize kind of makes sense. But even that is a gamble who knows whats going to happen.
    Prices may further increase especially with V8 muscle slowly becoming a dying breed and dodge announcing the future electric generation.
    I got my 2021 R/T back in April so technically Im still in my honey moon days with the car and will keep it as long as I can.

      @HemiMike  3 года назад +1

      Exactly, who knows where prices and availability is going in the medium term...we know long term all is going electric.

    Well, here in Michigan, USA, new car inventory has been down all year, but prices aren't marked up, that I can see, anyways. However, used car inventory is way up and so are the prices. Most of the asking prices are just below MSRP, some just above it. Usually those cars sit for a few months, and the price goes down and down. It's all part of Klaus Schwab's Great Reset. By 2030, we'll all own nothing and He will be happy.

    I bought my 18 shaker used in 2019, a year old for 37.5k(sticker was 52k) and I thought that was too much then cause it had 25k miles on it, but it was exactly like I would have ordered it so I went ahead and bit the bullet. sure glad I did before things went nuts. I took it to car max back during the summer and they offered me 38.8k for it with 42k miles on it.
