I have a lot of fond memories of playing Super Monkey Ball 2 with my siblings. My favorite mini game was always the target practice, learning to fly when the wind is blowing straight back at you or veering a hard right, having to pull back without stalling your ball, seeing who could fly the farthest and still stick the landing with a closed ball. I miss that game..
Super Monkey Ball 2 is definitely among the top GameCube games. I loved its mini games. I got really good at the bowling. The game doesn't tell you, but each character has different stats. Baby excels at aiming, GonGon excels at power, and Meemee excels at spin. AiAi is an average all-rounder. Meemee is by far the best bowler. If only JP caught on that he was putting over 50% more spin than he needed into his throws, he may have come out on top. But good job getting that 1st place! Absolutely clutch 😎
