I have herniated disc L4 -L5 pinched nerve pain down leg into foot. The majority of pain is in shin / calf / ankle. Cobra is extremely painful. Walking around bent forward relieves pain.

that sounds exactly like my case - have you managed to find some relief in the meantime?
I find sitting bent-overs give me some relief, as well as squatting on the pain-free leg and stretching out the painful one.

I knew I had a disc problem from previously but after a flare up I could not bend back, after another mri I found I had retrolistheses and bending forward was the way to go

Whenever I do the McKenzie pose, it’s definitely yucky. Will this help me put socks on? With herniated l4,l5s1?

@@brianleponiemi3833 hey! Very common and sorry to hear. Truthfully- it all comes down to applying the scientific method to determine if this will help you. Testing to determine what is best for you is required as what works for one person may not work for you.
