Hare Krsna dear Vrinda Mataji. Thank you for your comment! My friend got that blue strip from India. It is a decorative strip which is sold to sew on cholis or kurtas etc. The flowers I bought on eBay you can find them on Aliexpress.com also. Search for "tiny flowers"
