    Thank you so much for the tips. However, is it appropriate to use the word patient if we know the name of the patient!

      Hi Nico, yes, you're right. It would have been much better to use the patient's name. I was focusing on the connectors, just as a practice exercise, but for the exam, keep to using the patient's name.
