📌Shrimp fried rice
Ingredients list
--------
500g raw shrimp marinated in 1 tbsp soy sauce
1-2 tbsp butter
1 tsp oil
Chopped red & green bell pepper, 1/2 onion, 2 spring onions, chopped broccoli, 1 carrot
All purpose seasoning to preference
2 eggs with pinch of salt (optional)
2 -3 cups cooked rice
Soy sauce
Oyster sauce
Honey (optional)
📌 stir fry high heat throughout!
