I LOVE THE ROOM GAMES. Seriously, I force everyone who visits my house to play the VR one. I've said it before and I'll say it again, these are the perfect fit for Gab!
36:43 *gets to the tomb* "That's awesome." "What's that?" "What's that thing in the back?" "We'll never know... Ooh box!" Oh man this is a mood right here
@@lewc7389 very sweet of you to ask, the building work on the extension on my house is finishing by Dec so I will be heading down to the shelter in Jan! So excited! I would have adopted one already but I wanted a safe house not a building site for my new little angel!
@@SammiEffinG omg it's coming close then! I've had a lot of kitties in my life and i can definitely say that they are the sweetest little angels, hope you have an amazing time with your kitty partner when you adopt them 😊
I envy how calm Bibi/BB is. My cat is 14 yrs old but she STILL struts back and forth on my lap and around my legs for pets and shoves her face in my hand like I'm not in the middle of working and as if she is still a 4 year old with loads of energy. She really lives up to her name; Sugar.
Im in a seriously deep, almost addicted, love for Gabs playing The Room series. Also Gabs, if u are reading this, give House of Da Vinci a try sometime, its like The Room vibes, I think you might like it
Can't wait for The Room 3 and Old Sins. Please complete them all. And for more challenge, you can try The House of Da Vinci. The puzzle is much more 'disgusting' than the room.
Gabs, have you ever considered the Myst series? It’s just like this, but consists of entire areas with puzzles and story galore! I think the triforce on top was the triforce of power. I believe it was in the ocarina of time.
One of my favourite things about Gab is when she asks an object something, such as, “do you want the battery?” Or “is this what you need?” I think it’s super endearing
I have to admit, I was sceptical about you when I first saw your video, but I have to say I love how you give these games the enthusiasm and appreciation they deserve. I love The Room series so much, they have a completely unique aesthetics and atmosphere that I can't get enough of, but a lot of let's players just seem to blast through them, not really laying attention, not reading the notes, etc. But not you, so kudos for that.
“Leave your stupid comments in your pockets!” One of this movie’s most ridiculous lines, to be sure. Not to be taken literally in this case. I just think it’s funny, since The Room predates RUclips by about two years. 😂
Oh man, I thought the first video was way older, so I was all hype to see the full series back to back, guess I'll have to keep a close eye on twitch and maybe I'll get to see it live!
Ever since the first game I've found myself immersed in the puzzle community videos. Some of those are legit works of art and sorcery, they're beautiful!
Nice playthrough! Hope you'll continue the series because third and fourth parts are amazing! This is the case when the game gets better with each chapter 🗝️
YYYYAAAAYYY thankyou for carrying this on, I love these games so much, so seeing a RUclipsr I love watching, play this, makes it super enjoyable for me!
I believe the chapter at 36:15 is a reference to the Ancient Aztecs because at 36:03, the stone tablet we see in the door is a nod to the Aztec Calendar. [I believe, don't take me up on that.] Further evidence is proven at 43:27, this letter seems to reference the gods of the Ancient Aztecs. Here is the evidence as to why: 'Feathered Serpent' is another name for the Quetzalcoatl and the 'Jaguar' is referencing either Tezcatlipoca, who's sacred animal was the jaguar and had the ability to shapeshift into one, or Tepēyōllōtl, the Aztec God of jaguars. More evidence is shown at 57:17, the human skull seems reference either a human blood sacrifice or Mictlantecuhtli, the God of the Dead in Aztec Folklore.
I remember when first played this game 6 years ago, my mind was full blown, glad you are now playing it, such an amazing game Great vid btw, keep it up!
I don't know if Gab will see this but, I would love to see you play The Room 4 Old Sins. Watching you play The Room got me hooked on them and I played them for myself and love it. I love puzzle games like this. I even play the games with my daughter solving the puzzles together.
I don't know if it is the settings in her game or if it is the game itself but I wish it was just a touch brighter. That would probably be my one critique for this game. I love the storytelling, the immersion, the variety in puzzles, and the differences in the puzzles from this game to the last. I just wish some of the items were easier to see
I gotta say Gab...you exhibit strong levels of intuition. I've watch others try to solve these puzzles and I'm screaming at them because they're missing it, but the reasoning just seems to just fall right into your lap.
The world is falling apart and Gab is doin a heckin Yawnie & Stretchie :-D The Room is great. I didn't know why I've never played any of these. Remembers me of good old Myst Times.
There is something strangely satisfying about how physically accurate it feels to be interacting with things in a computer game. The UI of the Room series captures this so precisely and accurately that you hardly notice. So, dear reader, you might wonder; then why not just react with things in real life and stop playing games so much? BECAUSE THESE THINGS DON'T FRIGGIN EXIST IN REAL LIFE AND NEVER WILL!! Is my tempered response.
The top triangle of the Triforce is the easiest one for me to remember as it's the Triforce of Power (Din). Guess you could think of it as top energy, but I simply remember the Ganondorf cutscene in OOT. The lower two being side-by-side throws my memory at times, but I believe Courage (Farore) is right and Wisdom (Nayru) is left.
Yeah I got lucky. RUclips recommended the first video and got to go straight to a second one! Though I've heard there are a few more sequels out there so will see just how lucky I am.
@Gab Smolders I have a suggestion for you. I highly recommend you to play The Return of Obra Dinn, if you haven't already. I think you would really like it.
Look forward to seeing “The Room 3” & “The Room: Old Sins”. Great video
The room 3 is the best game of the whole series with a serious twist. Can‘t wait for you to play. Great content as always!
I LOVE THE ROOM GAMES. Seriously, I force everyone who visits my house to play the VR one. I've said it before and I'll say it again, these are the perfect fit for Gab!
Wish i could play it in vr. Such a great set of games
yes the VR game is super Cool
If you like the room series I recommend the doors by snapbreak and birdcage by mobigrow mobile games
@@knightlywill4671 I've actually played the birdcage game, so beautiful.
There's a VR one...😱😱😱
36:43 *gets to the tomb*

"What's that thing in the back?"
"We'll never know... Ooh box!"

I do that too
We all need someone to look at us the way BB looks at Gab 😍 Can't wait till mid next year when I get to adopt my very first cat!

58:48 chapter 4: damnation

1:25:26 chapter 6: science lab
43:47 There are Nordic Runes and references to Aztec and Mayan mythology!
this game series is one of those games i wish i could wipe every memory of it from my brain and play it over and over.

Yes!! Please!
Myst 2021
The triforces are in all the main Zelda games as the final reward for saving the world and granting you the wish to fix everything again.
One of my favourite things about Gab is when she asks an object something, such as, “do you want the battery?” Or “is this what you need?” I think it’s super endearing

I enjoyed the games so much Gab that I watched it back to back, it’s so fun to watch! I hope to see the next game in the series from you 🥰
Awesome gameplay! The 4 games in this series are so fun. I love watching these so much, and I can’t wait to see your full playthrough of the 3rd one!!

The typewriter part was typing and I was staring at the semi-circle like "Where are these magical periods and commas? how are you getting them??" lmao
Yay! I was hoping that Gab would play this one eventually! Let's hope she does the whole series!

If you play this game while high, with all the trippy psychedelics, and puzzles be an absolute jaw dropping experience.
I watched a little bit of the room when you played it, decided to stop and play the first game and now I've played through all but the VR game.

The Triforce of Power is the one on top
The Triforce of Wisdom is the one on the left
The Triforce of Courage is the one the right.
