I can’t wait for the new episodes to come! I myself have always been a shipper for UzixN but after seeing your take of V and N having a relationship together and face their past sounds like a great episode to me. Plus all the lore they would reveal…

Another point on Uzis age, the missing posters of her fellow classmates say they are 19 years old, indicating Uzi is around this age, too. Also, she attends prom, which from what I gather is something those around 18/19 years old attend. Edit: I also want to point out that people may think Uzi is younger due to her height difference in comparison to other bots. She is canonically short, and has to use two books to reach the top of her locker. So height doesn't equal age. Edit: since I've started a war in the replies. I DONT SHIP ANYTHING IN MURDER DRONES. I am just stating facts I found while watching. I don't want shipping wars in my replies, but I'm open to factual discussion. All of you also have to remember that we have only 3 episodes so it's hard to build a full picture so far. Be patient and we will all see what the outcome is together as this series develops!
I think this is probably just a mix up between those who live in the US and those who live in the UK. Prom in the US is 18/19, in the UK it's 16. Even then though, if using the UK system, the age of consent is also 16, so it's all legal. The only actual problem would be it's seen as wrong be society. But then again, if it's such a problem, why hasn't the law been changed? Sorry, bit of a tangent there, I just think it's overly confusing and should be simplified so society and the law actually agree, whatever that would be (probably 18 in the UK).

I think the show is trying to show that crushes don't always lead to relationships. Uzi and Thad are just friends and N,s crush on v is slowly fading as she realizes she's nothing like the bot he fell in love with she's changed
Disagree. V is showing she is still the bot he knew, but so deeply hurt she can't heal on her own. Ever since she has them for company (and not J) she improved so much. She even strait up admits she is not OK, you do not abandon the people you care about just because they have problems. Those are the times they especially need you.
Someone suggested that perhaps V's ability to sympathize has been removed/shut off because it got in the way of her job when she first became a murder drone which is to murder worker drones any way she seemed fit. The thing is that N crushed on her in the past when she was as shy and kind as he was. But now, things are much different. I'm open minded and not at all against the N x V ship however I feel like with the way it is now (her always putting N in his place and somewhat bullying him) it doesn't quite fit.
I feel like Uzi is falling out of love with Thad, and N is falling out of love with V. This is because N is being a lot more confrontational with V and less lovey dovey, in my opinion. As for Uzi, N has sacrificed himself again and again for her and even considers how she feels a lot more compared how he thinks about V or any other character. On Uzi's side, she hasn't had much reason to be in love with Thad except for the fact that he is a "conventionally attractive male." We haven't seen much about how she feels about Thad's personality. As for N, she was seen to be concerned for N's health and safety even though she knows he can regenerate/heal his body. They also just seem the closest out of the entire cast, in terms of romantic tension. Uzi and Thad just seems like classmates that talk to each other time to time. N and V seem more of a sibling dynamic in my opinion with how they interact. When I see V concerned about N or doing something with N it seems more of siblings arguing. Uzi and N's dynamic makes them feel like they have each other's backs with how closely they hold each other and regard each other. But its not on the level that N put V in the first episode, in which he put her on a pedestal.

I agree, Uzi clearly has feelings for N who doesn’t reciprocate them who’s head over heal for V. V on the other hand, I suspect she cares far more for N than she likes to predent, probably as mentioned to pretect them from the company. There is the part where V hide the fact that the chain was broken and showed worries for N whne he wasn’t looking, that itself is a give away. Then their is the pilot battle where she horribly missed her lazer flash and then released N from her blade lock for no real reasons (concidering her personality, you won’t have me beleive licking her blade would actually groce her out that much). Sure she then smashed his head in episode 3, but that was in a situation where N wasn’t in imediate danger and she did this to try and keep him safe, in her way. Then their is the oart with Thad and I don’t get why people think Uzui has a crush on him. If anything it would be the other way around, he is way too friendly to somone that treats him with the same degree of annoyance than everyone else. Sure she did saved his life and called him attractive, but one she would have done the same has it been anyone else and two I think she was being sarcastic.
I wouldn't call it love more like best friends. They both are in a sense different or outcast in their respective groups and its not like we see N having a good friendship with the other disassembly drones. Same for Uzi. But who knows overtime it could become more. Characters like aang have shown it possible to get out of the friendzone
With all the blushes and the like from someone who doesn’t DO blushes? Of course spending several months together would make you very very close, when the only other person to talk to would be V.
I think Uzi has feelings for N, but N doesn't feel the same way about her. He really doesn't blush or show much awkwardness in any of the scenes where Uzi and N were together, and in the scene just before prom, N says "Dapper Buddies!" hinting that he views her more as a friend rather than romantically. Those are just my thoughts on the matter though.
I feel that If (I said if) Uzi eventually felt anything for N (or if she does now idk), he'd be oblivious to it until she smacked him in the face with the news X'D

Personally I think it's too early to see romantic feelings for each other from anyone in this series But I do see Uzi and N care about each other Will this trun into something else Can't wait to find out =D
Since we're so early in, it's ambiguous enough I could see it going either way. I really like the idea of Uzi and N as a ship, or just as sibling figures to each other. Their dynamic is sweet and they clearly care a lot for each other either way and I'm here for it. Though, however that unfolds, I think it's clear N's feelings towards V are starting to shift. From being around Uzi he's beginning to recognize V is kind of awful, whether her behavior is genuine or an act. I think we'll see him reach a breaking point with it as he learns to stand up for himself more. Which I also think it would be an important story beat for V as well. Her having to come to terms with the fact her actions pushed someone close to her away and maybe they can repair that relationship but never to what it was before. Regardless, I'm here to enjoy the ride whichever direction the creators decide to take it. 👀
The thing is, breaking points are reached when people don't act soon enough to fix their issues in time. But here, both N and V care about the other enough to try and fix their mess before they push each other away. Also note that N has a recent memory of being pushed away, how awful it felt and how easy it could be solved. He will not leave her, he will try to help. The fact he will have more and more opportunity to see how hurt V is will only motivate him morw

V may realize what her actions are doing early enough, or she may continue despite efforts to resolve the problem. Because in her words, she believes she knows what's best for N and will act in a way that achieves that, even if he hates her for it. She may continue to act this way because she believes its for the best until the consequences really hit her. It could really go either way in my opinion, and I am here for either outcome. I just have a preference for angst is all, so my hopes/theories lean that way. lol
"I don't know what you're talking about, because you won't tell me!" Is a quote from N, from the season 1 trailer, and seems likely to be pointed at V. This, and the recent episode lead me to believe N and V are probably not going to be dating.
@@Tivallia9010 I'd say that there is time for them to resolve their issues and, "work through this together". I could see that part playing out like her being vague before he finally has enough and blurts that out, before being taken aback at seeing how truly hurt and traumatised V is. It'd then either be they split up for a scene, or he immediately feels remorse and tries a different approach. There's still also the ep2 flashback which shows them crushing on each other, which I refuse to believe they'll just drop for the rest of the season, *especially* if there'll be more flashbacks and we learn more about their past. V rekindling her spark for N is definitely in the cards imo
I personally love the idea of shipping . As long as Liam is writing the ship well, I'll probably love it . The Uzi x N moments are probably just liam teasing the shippers to have some fun .

Buckle up! This comment is looooong! My thought are this: Uzi x N could potentially be a thing but I'm thinking if it will, it'll be later in the series. There are still memories to be made and character growth to go through. I honestly approve of the ship, feeling that if the drones were programmed with human qualities, love shouldn't be left out, but I'm open minded to whatever happens next. I recall that when we only had the first episode, everyone believed Thad and Uzi were going to be a thing. They were classmates after all and despite how the other students mostly ignore Uzi, he seemed willing to speak with her and has probably done so before the scene we saw. However, now that we have more to go off from, it seems that Uzi may have had a thing for him at first only because it seemed fitting. Otherwise, they seem like better friends than lovers. As for N and V, they loved each other before they became murder drones. That's a sealed fact. However, afterwards, V's personality drastically changed (but N and J's stayed the same?) and as the series progresses, I've noticed N and V act more like siblings to each other (and this isn't just because of when N ratted her out to Uzi after the prom) than lovers. If N still feels for her, it's clear that his feelings are fading as he's realizing she's twisted and lacks sensitivity towards anyone else. A theory as to why her personality has changed I heard from another source. Evidently, when she became a murder drone, her sensitive nature prevented her from doing her job, which is to ruthlessly murder worker drones. Thus, her sympathy has been removed/turned off so that she can get the job done. As for Uzi x N, in the first two episodes, they seemed more like siblings to me than lovers. They weren't awkward around each other (which isn't always a thing in relationships I know) and they freely touch each other (as in Uzi lashing out at him for repetitively asking, "You good?" and him lifting her up on his shoulders for support in episode two). In the third episode alone though, Uzi and N were together most of the time and twice she reacted to him by blushing. Of course, blushing can mean embarrassment to having to ask him to help her, or suggesting he stop risking his safety for hers , but it could end up digging deeper later on. Either way, I can easily see how N and Uzi may attract each other since they're both realizing things they hadn't before throughout this whole ordeal. I'm curious to see what Liam does with all these possible outcomes!!

I think the V x N and Uzi x Thad were just pilot stuff, remember, that WAS the pilot so things are bound to change. Stuff like hazbin character designs, Luz’s shirt, all that stuff

Not gonna lie, the only thing stopping me from supporting this ship besides the now debunked age gap, is that they were cute as friends. Also, I personally like boy girl friendship dynamics in shows, so if they do get together let's hope their dynamic doesn't change too much.
@@H3O- I've lost count of how many times I've said this, a pilot episode is a test, to see if people will like this movie/series, maybe the original idea would be for V to stay with N and Uzi with Thad, however the number of people that shipam uzi x N grew a lot, which probably made glitch productions make uzi x N official, because there would be more satisfied people than dissatisfied people, since the biggest murder drone ship community is UZI X N

And yeah, i know that about the pilots, but there must be more than a simple backstory behind the murder drones from episode 2 and the Tessa teaser of the last one. Thats the only reason i see N x V possible. And at the moment, there isnt a ship confirmed
You made a lot of good points here! I while I mostly ship Uzi and N and think it has a high chance of happening, I do think V x N has a chance considering their backstory. But we will see!
I wouldn't have a problem with Uzi x N, but I will be honest... I would be disappointed because there is a lot of potential for an amazing relationship between V x N.

@IndieGenreEnjoyer alot of people don't find romantic relationships or even don't want them like people who are aro/ace its nice to have some representation of characters being fulfilled with platonic relationships to show that you don't need them to be happy. Obviously you are entitled to your opinion on which hold more value in your life though. If romance is better for you then great! But some people prefer platonic and that's fine too :)

I'm here after episode four. I am definitely rooting for Uzi and N! After Uzi murders and eats her classmates, he is literally so understanding and kind. No judgement, no fear, probably because he's done the same thing. He immediately sees past the murdering monster, sees that his friend is struggling, and immediately is there to comfort her and make her laugh, helping her calm down. I've always seen Uzi's friendship with Thad to be just friendship, but even if they did like each other, Uzi connects with N way more. Like you said, even if Uzi likes Thad, she still has her emotional walls up around him. N is the only one she lets her walls down for, the only one who's able to really connect with and understand her. N too connects with Uzi way more than V. He said himself in episode four how Uzi helps him feel less scared in scary situations. I love V's character, but she is still kind of a jerk to N and isn't honest with him, so they have less to connect with. And you can see N losing interest in V over time after realizing she's not the drone he imagined her to be. ("V, you kinda suck." -N, ep. 3). Plus, now that Uzi's gone all murdery, I think N will able to bring a lot of comfort to her, like we've already seen him do. And the other way around.
I absolutely agree with you, but I would like to add a couple of points. Firstly, the relationship between V and N is far from what it should be between lovers. After the death of J, V did not need to continue to treat N down. But she kept doing it. And even if she does it because she wants to do better, she still changed, becoming a heartless killer. And N is getting colder and colder to V (V, you suck (ep3)). And finally, I would characterize their relationship as brother-sister, because this is evident from the scenes from episode 3 (accusing each other), episode 4 (arguing about what to do with Uzi and "what I told you about fighting with her"). With N-Uzi, everything is much more complicated. Uzi is really in love with N. But it can't be said that N feels the same way about her. He is really comfortable with her, but he does not perceive her as a girlfriend YET. Just because he is naive, and he understood her feelings only at the end of ep4 (before he pulled his hand away, he did not understand what she was doing). And about that scene on the bus... It cannot be said that N did this out of disgust or non-reciprocal feelings. It shows that he was scared (and there are reasons for that). N and Uzi are the main duo of the series. And I am more than sure that they will eventually become a couple (especially since they are the same age).
Because this show only has three episodes in total, it truly is hard to see in which way these ships will go. Personally I love the idea of Uzi and N, they both generally care for each other very much and everyone sees that in the 2nd and 3rd episode, especially the 3rd as we see Uzi open up to N more and more, even to the point where she worries that he'll get himself killed for her sake despite his ability to regenerate. As for V and N their story is far more complex and honestly would make better sense as they've almost completely known each other for a very long time, maybe if their memory wasn't erased they could have been the better ship in mind. Though it' also important to keep in mind N fell in love for a kind-hearted and timid worker drone, not a chaotic sociopathic murder drone. I also believe that if N ended up with Uzi it would be some sort of wake up call for V as I agree on the fact that she most likely knows far more about their past then what she should meaning she probably remembers every bit of meeting N, and if she continues to push away N, he'll eventually snap as he is gaining more confidence in himself.
For someone who has watched SO many cartoons including romantic characters, I dont care anymore, I just like their Dynamic! Can’t wait for the next episode, just wanna see them interact with eachother.
I feel like N is starting to realise what V is kind of like now, and while he clearly still cares about her a lot, the spark has faded and he's falling out of love with her. Less so because V has changed, but because N is starting to change from the person he used to be (just a murder drone that took orders) while V is still clinging to that to some extent, so their arcs seem to be going in slightly different directions, which may be why N and V also lose a bit of that connection. Also, even though our feisty little Uzi can get sort of annoyed at N sometimes, I think N is starting to realise what 'not being bullied' actually feels like, and Uzi is someone he can actually have fun with (as stated in episode 4 during their aerial therapy session) whereas V can still be rather aggressive towards N sometimes. Obviously J was moreso the one that bullied N, but V never was that friendly towards him (but as stated in the video, she could have hidden quite a lot) I personally like the brother and sister dynamic between N and V more, like how they were accusing each other after V killed Doll in episode 3 lol. I feel like they'd be better suited to that. Okay, people might argue that N sees her more like a little sister because of the whole "dapper buddies!!" thing, but that could also just be N being N lmao, but can we also just acknowledge that N was the one that spun Uzi around in their dance, and I don't think brothers and sisters usually do that :) As for Uzi and Thad, it feels more like a high school crush. And while N's crush on V was obviously something a bit more than that, everything can fade eventually. V might have seemed like the right robot to N back then, but now a lot of things have changed, and probably N's views on V too. But I'm sure N's going to be pretty conflicted for a while XD
I am also rooting for this couple, and your arguments seem very convincing, I myself came to the same conclusions. But I am very worried about the moment when, at the end of episode 4, N pulls his hand away from Uzi's hand. Although, if he had just quietly removed it, it would have been even worse

Maybe that was just out of surprise and confusion though, because of course if N hadn't really been self-conscious of any possible feelings he might have for Uzi (even though his actions may have suggested it, it can be hard to admit things to yourself sometimes). It also seemed a bit like a reflex, and maybe this is just me but he looked sad afterwards, like maybe he was having a tinge of regret. But if he'd done it slowly, it would have been far more deliberate and thought out. I'm pretty sure they were leaning on each other sleeping moments before, so they obviously aren't worried about being close to one another. I feel like N isn't really sure what to think right now (especially since not long ago he was crushing on V) so therefore he might be ignoring his feelings for Uzi, if he's even exactly aware of them.
I think for the sake of the story and V’s character it’s better if N retains his interest in her. Up until now V has kind of been a one dimensional if entertaining character, but this new dynamic of her likely remembering much more of the squads past and reciprocating N’s feelings while still being mentally unhinged and notably terrified of the company and what will happen if they’re discovered to have gone rogue makes her both a key part of the story and one of the deepest characters in the show.
I don’t particularly mind who ends up with who, but from what I see N is definitely starting to shift in terms of how he sees V. At the start he praises her, but at the end of episode three he straight up says she basically kind of sucks as a person. Granted, it is very early and this may change in future episodes. I can’t wait for episode four, we don’t really have any indication of what it’ll be so that’s going to be really fun to see how that turns out. Also I see some people talking about age gaps, but someone else explained how Uzi is most likely around 19 since she attended her high school’s prom as well as just her classmate’s ages in her grade. Again, it's really early to start making assumptions though, and for all we know Liam could just be toying with us lol.
I'm sort of in the middle when it comes to people who ship Uzi and n but I want them to develop as friends first or at least develop, as characters first and then developing a romantic relationship because it's been three episodes at least wait halfway through season till they actually make them being in a relationship Canon because personally I want to Uzi and n to develop as characters and to develop as friends first because rushed relationships are never good plus I'm pretty sure they do have time to actually make these guys develop as characters so I personally want these two to first develop his friends and then eventually not too soon develop a romantic relationship
I like the idea of N and V together more than with Uzi. Mainly because we can see that she genuinely cares for him. I mean... she said it herself that she wants what is best for him. And when she torn his head of, she saluted him normally. Instead of J doing it half-heartedly.
In episode 1, we see that N sympathised with Uzi and at the same time understood her, as he himself had also been rejected by his society. These two have never had a true friend, so they rely on each other and look to each other for support in the process. Nevertheless, I think Uzi is starting to develop a crush on N. It is also apparent that N stops having a crush on V. In episode 1, N did everything to help V, even if it meant killing Uzi, and in episode 3, when V is attacked, he first asks Uzi if they should help. In fact, N loved V as a nice girl, not as the mindless psychopath she had become. I think there is chemistry between N and Uzi, but the creators won't show it right away because it could hurt NxV fans a lot.
I think they should just say where it's going to go so they can just rip the band aid off and get it over whit cus no matter what someone ship will get hurt
I always thought of N and Uzis relationship as a sort of sibling relationship or a close friendship. But if it ends up becoming romantic or something like that I'm not against it! Uzi needs some positivity in her life, it doesn't always have to be provided romantically though. That goes a bit both ways, Uzi (no matter how harmless she means it to be) teases N a lot and he is just her yes man. I wouldn't want them to proceed with any relationship, romantic or platonic, without him getting more confidence in himself. We do see him getting better though, he told J off in ep 1and decided to protect Uzi as the episodes went on. They balance each other out very well! Friendship or not lol

Thad seems like he was the only person who didn't treat Uzi poorly in school, and V was one of literally two people N was able to have a relationship with outside of killer-victim. Each pair makes sense given limited options, but neither is perfect. Thad may have been nice to Uzi, but it doesn't seem like they were explicitly friends prior to episode 1, while V actively pushed N away/ignored his advances to stick to her role. Uzi and N make sense as a pair: N genuinely wants to be her friend and isn't put off by her angst and crazy antics, while allows Uzi to let her guard down and be more open with him than with anyone else.

In the third episode we can see that Uzi likes N from the many times she’s blushed near him but N might have lost feelings for V because he’s always saving Uzi from anything, when V was about to be killed by Doll I didn’t see N really worried about saving V, more like dancing and protecting Uzi.. I think those two are gonna end together: N and Uzi)))))
I saw N have a terrified or scared face on him in that sequence also if you think about it he made the best move possible there by not jumping forward he could get rid of the blade easier as Doll wouldn't have time to change its direction

I think it would make sense to keep N and Uzi as best friends, not anything more, it would allow for more freedom with the storyline, they could also make an episode where they uncover a truth about the Disassembly Drones, making Uzi feel betrayed, maybe even a little bit scared, maybe even attacking the Disassembly Drones. That storyline would be more far fetched if Uzi and N were together
I like the ship, But I like NxV more because not only did they like each other when they were worker drones, but it also goes with the fact of true love
While that notion is adorable, that's not how love works. People change and their relationships change with it. I don't really care if Nuzi happens or not, but right now V x N doesn't make sense. She’s way too toxic towards him. If she changes her attitude in the future, that's a different story, but just because he liked her in the past doesn't mean they will be together. Personally I like the idea of N, V and Uzi working through their issues and deciding to just being friends. There is always a possibility that none of the ships will happen and I think it would be interesting to flesh that idea out.

To my knowledge Prom is an American thing, and I went to one as a junior... So if Uzi IS a junior it'd put her in the 17-18 range or even 19 if she failed a year or started school late.
Okay okay okay, I’ve FINALLY found out when both Uzi and Doll got the absolute solver. Doll got the solver when her parents died, that was implied. But now I think that Uzi got the absolute solver when she saw her own dad leave her for dead.
And I don’t know how People think that she got it from J because during the fight scene when J shots at Uzi there is about two frames where we can see the absolute solver., of plus at the end of episode one when Uzi’s face glitches out you can see that even for a split second, it says tampering detected. Oh! And one last thing in episode two we see that Uzi’s mom (known as Nori) has the absolote solver. Lord that is a lot of possiblitys. (Note: I cannot english today.)

I'm honestly quite torn in terms of relationships here. On one hand, N and Uzi are cute together, on the other hand, N and V clearly loved each other before their memories were fucked up, and N still has feelings for her now. Having a characters memories fucked with makes for good story telling and TV but is also kind of a fear of mine, and it would suck for N to end up with someone other than V because if it weren't for what happened to him he'd still have those stronger feelings and might even have been with her properly by now, if not at some point. Spoilers for the Witcher games but, while I haven't played the first two Witcher games I know that Geralt loses his memories, either at the end of the first game or between the first and second game, and its for this reason that I prefer Geralt and Yennifer over Geralt and Triss. I mean I don't really do any kind of romance options in these games but I mean in terms of canon. Geralt lost his memories, but before that he loved Yen, therefor it kinda sucks and feels kinda cruel in my eyes for him to end up with anyone else, and its the same thing with N and V for me.
5:15 N most likely didn't cut it because he was unaware that she could leave on her own in episode 3, as she was letting him think that she needed him to free her. The key was a focal point in that scene because of his assumption that she was still bound.
I wanted N and Uzi to be friends and not love interest. Also I thought that Disassembly drones where just naturally taller than worker drones and N was a tad bit older that Uzi
At the end of the day, it doesn't really matter if people ship Uzi and N together as they're fictional characters and there are actual issues in the world people should focus on than people shipping fictional characters together.
My theory is that V found something about the company that she wasn't supposed to know and the company found out about this and threatened her by saying they would kill N or her to make sure she never says a word about it she stopped talking to N after she was threatened but N still likes her and so does V but she was too traumatized about something she saw and didn't want N or her to die so as time went by she started to change N still believes that the true V is still inside her and hope she will come back but after N met Uzi his feelings are slowly fading away because of how V "doesn't" seem to care when J bullied N and N see's that Uzi is like the V he remembers maybe that's why N always seem to be close and always protect Uzi to make sure she doesn't change like V did. (That's all folks!)
Maybe if Uzi's absulute solver starts developing more wich could lead to even eating other worker drones in some situation Uzi and N could kill other worker drones together. Also since N's memory got wiped out he started acting more like a teenager and he was suposed to be ageless as a murder drone. Who knows? Anything can happen in new episodes.
I hope the Worker Drones keep extra oil in the bunker so the Murder Drones and possibly Uzi won't have to kill to survive and buy time for a permanent solution.
For me, N and Uzi don't really make 100% sense as a couple. Uzi is completely aware that N has killed some of the drones in her colony (including V, J, and other murder drone teams). I think that their relationship should probably stay in the realm of "business partners", or a sorta brother/sister, friend dynamic. I can't say that them ending up together in the endgame would be bad, but there needs to be a lot more development between them for me to think that it'll work. For right now, I guess Uzi and Thad, and N and V for right now. And also, it's kinda easier to tell that V and N do really care for one another. N towards Uzi in ep3 wasn't truly giving off huge "I love you vibes" to Uzi. He does care about her, though. But Uzi may be more understanding of N and V once she's really been sucked up into the whole oil feeding frenzy. Her becoming the same or similar to Doll. And that may be a bit scary. Especially for her colony. Her dad, everybody. Doll's a bit of an expert here and has hidden her true self really well (up until prom night). But, Uzi's a bit of a loose canon and I figure keeping her new self hidden is not going to be an easy task. But she could still find some solace with Doll, N, and V. Perhaps N and her will end up together once that all folds into place. Who knows, anything could happen. XD
Fun fact: N is also a teenager. Actually, V and N would also be complicated for their kind of relation. Its difficult for the glitch production to actually form a relation to anyone for the reason that they don’t even know what kind of relation they have.
I just don't want their relationship to develop way too fast because if in like episode four or five they officially start dating I am not going to like it because that is going way to fast for literally anyone
Glad I got this explained, I probably still won’t ship N and Uzi until I see a good dynamic between them and I view them as a brother and sister relationship. Yet we just have to wait and see how this all plays out.
I really hope this show does the romance well, and doesn’t make them always agree with each other, or make the whole show based around her, like Helluva Boss did.
i like to think that there is a possibility that Uzi blushing is more from her not being able to be vulnerable most of the time, instead of liking N. If anyone does something nice for her and she genuinely appreciates it, she isn't able to communicate it as easily or without some shyness hence, the blushing. I don't really want to assume these visual cues as "catching feelings" but more on a point of an attempt at vulnerability from Uzi considering her daddy issues and being an outcast at school.

There's a correction of this! Uzi is apparently in college! (Schooling for door building happening late I assume) This makes her at least 18 or 17 at least. 19 at most, from what the posters say in EP 3.
I looked back at those posters a while back and found out that one of the ages shown is 20. So it's probably a mixture between High School and College. With the age range being closer to the latter.

On the topic of age, I think the creators are going off of when they where first made. While Uzi is around 18-20 N is 20-22 that gives us an estimate of when they where made. Considering it’s 3071 N was probably made in 3049-3051 and Uzi being made in 3057-3051. I think it would be kinda cool for a plot twist where Uzi confesses to N but N tells her that he doesn’t like her, causing Uzi to accidentally killing him or V out of a fit of rage or because of her absolute solver.
Well the ship name for them is... Nuzi. Anyway I think that the show has not only been hinting at them being together, but also now that Uzi is becoming similar to the murder drones, the ship seems more probably than ever.
From what i observed so far in the comments most are completely right but some not so much, when i observed V for awhile in ep2 and 3 i noticed that she actually knows alot more things but kept it a secret from N when she said "whats best for you" indicates she knows what she is doing, she knows about whats happening around her and maybe the company in the past. Who knows maybe her crazy persona is just a facade or way for her to seem intimidating as to not get looked down by J or the company her crazy persona is maybe just her way of things

Another point on Uzis age, the missing posters of her fellow classmates say they are 19 years old, indicating Uzi is around this age, too. Also, she attends prom, which from what I gather is something those around 18/19 years old attend.
Edit: I also want to point out that people may think Uzi is younger due to her height difference in comparison to other bots. She is canonically short, and has to use two books to reach the top of her locker. So height doesn't equal age.

I think this is probably just a mix up between those who live in the US and those who live in the UK. Prom in the US is 18/19, in the UK it's 16. Even then though, if using the UK system, the age of consent is also 16, so it's all legal. The only actual problem would be it's seen as wrong be society.
But then again, if it's such a problem, why hasn't the law been changed? Sorry, bit of a tangent there, I just think it's overly confusing and should be simplified so society and the law actually agree, whatever that would be (probably 18 in the UK).

Someone suggested that perhaps V's ability to sympathize has been removed/shut off because it got in the way of her job when she first became a murder drone which is to murder worker drones any way she seemed fit. The thing is that N crushed on her in the past when she was as shy and kind as he was. But now, things are much different. I'm open minded and not at all against the N x V ship however I feel like with the way it is now (her always putting N in his place and somewhat bullying him) it doesn't quite fit.

I feel like Uzi is falling out of love with Thad, and N is falling out of love with V. This is because N is being a lot more confrontational with V and less lovey dovey, in my opinion. As for Uzi, N has sacrificed himself again and again for her and even considers how she feels a lot more compared how he thinks about V or any other character.
On Uzi's side, she hasn't had much reason to be in love with Thad except for the fact that he is a "conventionally attractive male." We haven't seen much about how she feels about Thad's personality. As for N, she was seen to be concerned for N's health and safety even though she knows he can regenerate/heal his body. They also just seem the closest out of the entire cast, in terms of romantic tension.
Uzi and Thad just seems like classmates that talk to each other time to time. N and V seem more of a sibling dynamic in my opinion with how they interact. When I see V concerned about N or doing something with N it seems more of siblings arguing. Uzi and N's dynamic makes them feel like they have each other's backs with how closely they hold each other and regard each other. But its not on the level that N put V in the first episode, in which he put her on a pedestal.

I agree, Uzi clearly has feelings for N who doesn’t reciprocate them who’s head over heal for V. V on the other hand, I suspect she cares far more for N than she likes to predent, probably as mentioned to pretect them from the company. There is the part where V hide the fact that the chain was broken and showed worries for N whne he wasn’t looking, that itself is a give away. Then their is the pilot battle where she horribly missed her lazer flash and then released N from her blade lock for no real reasons (concidering her personality, you won’t have me beleive licking her blade would actually groce her out that much). Sure she then smashed his head in episode 3, but that was in a situation where N wasn’t in imediate danger and she did this to try and keep him safe, in her way. Then their is the oart with Thad and I don’t get why people think Uzui has a crush on him. If anything it would be the other way around, he is way too friendly to somone that treats him with the same degree of annoyance than everyone else. Sure she did saved his life and called him attractive, but one she would have done the same has it been anyone else and two I think she was being sarcastic.

He really doesn't blush or show much awkwardness in any of the scenes where Uzi and N were together, and in the scene just before prom, N says "Dapper Buddies!" hinting that he views her more as a friend rather than romantically.
Those are just my thoughts on the matter though.

Since we're so early in, it's ambiguous enough I could see it going either way.
I really like the idea of Uzi and N as a ship, or just as sibling figures to each other. Their dynamic is sweet and they clearly care a lot for each other either way and I'm here for it.
Though, however that unfolds, I think it's clear N's feelings towards V are starting to shift. From being around Uzi he's beginning to recognize V is kind of awful, whether her behavior is genuine or an act. I think we'll see him reach a breaking point with it as he learns to stand up for himself more.
Which I also think it would be an important story beat for V as well. Her having to come to terms with the fact her actions pushed someone close to her away and maybe they can repair that relationship but never to what it was before.
Regardless, I'm here to enjoy the ride whichever direction the creators decide to take it. 👀
The thing is, breaking points are reached when people don't act soon enough to fix their issues in time. But here, both N and V care about the other enough to try and fix their mess before they push each other away.
Also note that N has a recent memory of being pushed away, how awful it felt and how easy it could be solved. He will not leave her, he will try to help. The fact he will have more and more opportunity to see how hurt V is will only motivate him morw

V may realize what her actions are doing early enough, or she may continue despite efforts to resolve the problem. Because in her words, she believes she knows what's best for N and will act in a way that achieves that, even if he hates her for it. She may continue to act this way because she believes its for the best until the consequences really hit her.
It could really go either way in my opinion, and I am here for either outcome. I just have a preference for angst is all, so my hopes/theories lean that way. lol

I could see that part playing out like her being vague before he finally has enough and blurts that out, before being taken aback at seeing how truly hurt and traumatised V is. It'd then either be they split up for a scene, or he immediately feels remorse and tries a different approach.
There's still also the ep2 flashback which shows them crushing on each other, which I refuse to believe they'll just drop for the rest of the season, *especially* if there'll be more flashbacks and we learn more about their past.

My thought are this: Uzi x N could potentially be a thing but I'm thinking if it will, it'll be later in the series. There are still memories to be made and character growth to go through. I honestly approve of the ship, feeling that if the drones were programmed with human qualities, love shouldn't be left out, but I'm open minded to whatever happens next.
I recall that when we only had the first episode, everyone believed Thad and Uzi were going to be a thing. They were classmates after all and despite how the other students mostly ignore Uzi, he seemed willing to speak with her and has probably done so before the scene we saw. However, now that we have more to go off from, it seems that Uzi may have had a thing for him at first only because it seemed fitting. Otherwise, they seem like better friends than lovers.
As for N and V, they loved each other before they became murder drones. That's a sealed fact. However, afterwards, V's personality drastically changed (but N and J's stayed the same?) and as the series progresses, I've noticed N and V act more like siblings to each other (and this isn't just because of when N ratted her out to Uzi after the prom) than lovers. If N still feels for her, it's clear that his feelings are fading as he's realizing she's twisted and lacks sensitivity towards anyone else.
A theory as to why her personality has changed I heard from another source. Evidently, when she became a murder drone, her sensitive nature prevented her from doing her job, which is to ruthlessly murder worker drones. Thus, her sympathy has been removed/turned off so that she can get the job done.
As for Uzi x N, in the first two episodes, they seemed more like siblings to me than lovers. They weren't awkward around each other (which isn't always a thing in relationships I know) and they freely touch each other (as in Uzi lashing out at him for repetitively asking, "You good?" and him lifting her up on his shoulders for support in episode two). In the third episode alone though, Uzi and N were together most of the time and twice she reacted to him by blushing. Of course, blushing can mean embarrassment to having to ask him to help her, or suggesting he stop risking his safety for hers , but it could end up digging deeper later on.
Either way, I can easily see how N and Uzi may attract each other since they're both realizing things they hadn't before throughout this whole ordeal. I'm curious to see what Liam does with all these possible outcomes!!

@IndieGenreEnjoyer alot of people don't find romantic relationships or even don't want them like people who are aro/ace its nice to have some representation of characters being fulfilled with platonic relationships to show that you don't need them to be happy. Obviously you are entitled to your opinion on which hold more value in your life though. If romance is better for you then great! But some people prefer platonic and that's fine too :)

I'm here after episode four. I am definitely rooting for Uzi and N! After Uzi murders and eats her classmates, he is literally so understanding and kind. No judgement, no fear, probably because he's done the same thing. He immediately sees past the murdering monster, sees that his friend is struggling, and immediately is there to comfort her and make her laugh, helping her calm down. I've always seen Uzi's friendship with Thad to be just friendship, but even if they did like each other, Uzi connects with N way more. Like you said, even if Uzi likes Thad, she still has her emotional walls up around him. N is the only one she lets her walls down for, the only one who's able to really connect with and understand her. N too connects with Uzi way more than V. He said himself in episode four how Uzi helps him feel less scared in scary situations. I love V's character, but she is still kind of a jerk to N and isn't honest with him, so they have less to connect with. And you can see N losing interest in V over time after realizing she's not the drone he imagined her to be. ("V, you kinda suck." -N, ep. 3). Plus, now that Uzi's gone all murdery, I think N will able to bring a lot of comfort to her, like we've already seen him do. And the other way around.
I absolutely agree with you, but I would like to add a couple of points.
Firstly, the relationship between V and N is far from what it should be between lovers. After the death of J, V did not need to continue to treat N down. But she kept doing it. And even if she does it because she wants to do better, she still changed, becoming a heartless killer. And N is getting colder and colder to V (V, you suck (ep3)). And finally, I would characterize their relationship as brother-sister, because this is evident from the scenes from episode 3 (accusing each other), episode 4 (arguing about what to do with Uzi and "what I told you about fighting with her").
With N-Uzi, everything is much more complicated. Uzi is really in love with N. But it can't be said that N feels the same way about her. He is really comfortable with her, but he does not perceive her as a girlfriend YET. Just because he is naive, and he understood her feelings only at the end of ep4 (before he pulled his hand away, he did not understand what she was doing).
And about that scene on the bus... It cannot be said that N did this out of disgust or non-reciprocal feelings. It shows that he was scared (and there are reasons for that).
N and Uzi are the main duo of the series. And I am more than sure that they will eventually become a couple (especially since they are the same age).
Because this show only has three episodes in total, it truly is hard to see in which way these ships will go. Personally I love the idea of Uzi and N, they both generally care for each other very much and everyone sees that in the 2nd and 3rd episode, especially the 3rd as we see Uzi open up to N more and more, even to the point where she worries that he'll get himself killed for her sake despite his ability to regenerate.
As for V and N their story is far more complex and honestly would make better sense as they've almost completely known each other for a very long time, maybe if their memory wasn't erased they could have been the better ship in mind. Though it' also important to keep in mind N fell in love for a kind-hearted and timid worker drone, not a chaotic sociopathic murder drone.
I also believe that if N ended up with Uzi it would be some sort of wake up call for V as I agree on the fact that she most likely knows far more about their past then what she should meaning she probably remembers every bit of meeting N, and if she continues to push away N, he'll eventually snap as he is gaining more confidence in himself.
For someone who has watched SO many cartoons including romantic characters, I dont care anymore, I just like their Dynamic! Can’t wait for the next episode, just wanna see them interact with eachother.
I feel like N is starting to realise what V is kind of like now, and while he clearly still cares about her a lot, the spark has faded and he's falling out of love with her. Less so because V has changed, but because N is starting to change from the person he used to be (just a murder drone that took orders) while V is still clinging to that to some extent, so their arcs seem to be going in slightly different directions, which may be why N and V also lose a bit of that connection.
Also, even though our feisty little Uzi can get sort of annoyed at N sometimes, I think N is starting to realise what 'not being bullied' actually feels like, and Uzi is someone he can actually have fun with (as stated in episode 4 during their aerial therapy session) whereas V can still be rather aggressive towards N sometimes. Obviously J was moreso the one that bullied N, but V never was that friendly towards him (but as stated in the video, she could have hidden quite a lot)
I personally like the brother and sister dynamic between N and V more, like how they were accusing each other after V killed Doll in episode 3 lol. I feel like they'd be better suited to that.
Okay, people might argue that N sees her more like a little sister because of the whole "dapper buddies!!" thing, but that could also just be N being N lmao, but can we also just acknowledge that N was the one that spun Uzi around in their dance, and I don't think brothers and sisters usually do that :)
As for Uzi and Thad, it feels more like a high school crush. And while N's crush on V was obviously something a bit more than that, everything can fade eventually. V might have seemed like the right robot to N back then, but now a lot of things have changed, and probably N's views on V too. But I'm sure N's going to be pretty conflicted for a while XD
I am also rooting for this couple, and your arguments seem very convincing, I myself came to the same conclusions. But I am very worried about the moment when, at the end of episode 4, N pulls his hand away from Uzi's hand. Although, if he had just quietly removed it, it would have been even worse

Maybe that was just out of surprise and confusion though, because of course if N hadn't really been self-conscious of any possible feelings he might have for Uzi (even though his actions may have suggested it, it can be hard to admit things to yourself sometimes). It also seemed a bit like a reflex, and maybe this is just me but he looked sad afterwards, like maybe he was having a tinge of regret. But if he'd done it slowly, it would have been far more deliberate and thought out. I'm pretty sure they were leaning on each other sleeping moments before, so they obviously aren't worried about being close to one another. I feel like N isn't really sure what to think right now (especially since not long ago he was crushing on V) so therefore he might be ignoring his feelings for Uzi, if he's even exactly aware of them.

I think for the sake of the story and V’s character it’s better if N retains his interest in her. Up until now V has kind of been a one dimensional if entertaining character, but this new dynamic of her likely remembering much more of the squads past and reciprocating N’s feelings while still being mentally unhinged and notably terrified of the company and what will happen if they’re discovered to have gone rogue makes her both a key part of the story and one of the deepest characters in the show.
I don’t particularly mind who ends up with who, but from what I see N is definitely starting to shift in terms of how he sees V. At the start he praises her, but at the end of episode three he straight up says she basically kind of sucks as a person. Granted, it is very early and this may change in future episodes. I can’t wait for episode four, we don’t really have any indication of what it’ll be so that’s going to be really fun to see how that turns out.
Also I see some people talking about age gaps, but someone else explained how Uzi is most likely around 19 since she attended her high school’s prom as well as just her classmate’s ages in her grade. Again, it's really early to start making assumptions though, and for all we know Liam could just be toying with us lol.
I'm sort of in the middle when it comes to people who ship Uzi and n but I want them to develop as friends first or at least develop, as characters first and then developing a romantic relationship because it's been three episodes at least wait halfway through season till they actually make them being in a relationship Canon because personally I want to Uzi and n to develop as characters and to develop as friends first because rushed relationships are never good plus I'm pretty sure they do have time to actually make these guys develop as characters so I personally want these two to first develop his friends and then eventually not too soon develop a romantic relationship

In episode 1, we see that N sympathised with Uzi and at the same time understood her, as he himself had also been rejected by his society. These two have never had a true friend, so they rely on each other and look to each other for support in the process. Nevertheless, I think Uzi is starting to develop a crush on N. It is also apparent that N stops having a crush on V. In episode 1, N did everything to help V, even if it meant killing Uzi, and in episode 3, when V is attacked, he first asks Uzi if they should help. In fact, N loved V as a nice girl, not as the mindless psychopath she had become. I think there is chemistry between N and Uzi, but the creators won't show it right away because it could hurt NxV fans a lot.
I think they should just say where it's going to go so they can just rip the band aid off and get it over whit cus no matter what someone ship will get hurt

I always thought of N and Uzis relationship as a sort of sibling relationship or a close friendship. But if it ends up becoming romantic or something like that I'm not against it! Uzi needs some positivity in her life, it doesn't always have to be provided romantically though.
That goes a bit both ways, Uzi (no matter how harmless she means it to be) teases N a lot and he is just her yes man. I wouldn't want them to proceed with any relationship, romantic or platonic, without him getting more confidence in himself. We do see him getting better though, he told J off in ep 1and decided to protect Uzi as the episodes went on.

Thad seems like he was the only person who didn't treat Uzi poorly in school, and V was one of literally two people N was able to have a relationship with outside of killer-victim. Each pair makes sense given limited options, but neither is perfect. Thad may have been nice to Uzi, but it doesn't seem like they were explicitly friends prior to episode 1, while V actively pushed N away/ignored his advances to stick to her role. Uzi and N make sense as a pair: N genuinely wants to be her friend and isn't put off by her angst and crazy antics, while allows Uzi to let her guard down and be more open with him than with anyone else.

That storyline would be more far fetched if Uzi and N were together

While that notion is adorable, that's not how love works. People change and their relationships change with it. I don't really care if Nuzi happens or not, but right now V x N doesn't make sense. She’s way too toxic towards him. If she changes her attitude in the future, that's a different story, but just because he liked her in the past doesn't mean they will be together. Personally I like the idea of N, V and Uzi working through their issues and deciding to just being friends. There is always a possibility that none of the ships will happen and I think it would be interesting to flesh that idea out.

Okay okay okay, I’ve FINALLY found out when both Uzi and Doll got the absolute solver. Doll got the solver when her parents died, that was implied. But now I think that Uzi got the absolute solver when she saw her own dad leave her for dead.
This is quite possible yet most people think that she got it from N.
And I don’t know how People think that she got it from J because during the fight scene when J shots at Uzi there is about two frames where we can see the absolute solver., of plus at the end of episode one when Uzi’s face glitches out you can see that even for a split second, it says tampering detected. Oh! And one last thing in episode two we see that Uzi’s mom (known as Nori) has the absolote solver. Lord that is a lot of possiblitys. (Note: I cannot english today.)

I'm honestly quite torn in terms of relationships here. On one hand, N and Uzi are cute together, on the other hand, N and V clearly loved each other before their memories were fucked up, and N still has feelings for her now. Having a characters memories fucked with makes for good story telling and TV but is also kind of a fear of mine, and it would suck for N to end up with someone other than V because if it weren't for what happened to him he'd still have those stronger feelings and might even have been with her properly by now, if not at some point.
Spoilers for the Witcher games but, while I haven't played the first two Witcher games I know that Geralt loses his memories, either at the end of the first game or between the first and second game, and its for this reason that I prefer Geralt and Yennifer over Geralt and Triss. I mean I don't really do any kind of romance options in these games but I mean in terms of canon. Geralt lost his memories, but before that he loved Yen, therefor it kinda sucks and feels kinda cruel in my eyes for him to end up with anyone else, and its the same thing with N and V for me.

One main reason I watch Murder Drones is for the N x Uzi moments. Imo this ship needs to exist in the series.
5:15 N most likely didn't cut it because he was unaware that she could leave on her own in episode 3, as she was letting him think that she needed him to free her. The key was a focal point in that scene because of his assumption that she was still bound.

At the end of the day, it doesn't really matter if people ship Uzi and N together as they're fictional characters and there are actual issues in the world people should focus on than people shipping fictional characters together.
My theory is that V found something about the company that she wasn't supposed to know and the company found out about this and threatened her by saying they would kill N or her to make sure she never says a word about it she stopped talking to N after she was threatened but N still likes her and so does V but she was too traumatized about something she saw and didn't want N or her to die so as time went by she started to change N still believes that the true V is still inside her and hope she will come back but after N met Uzi his feelings are slowly fading away because of how V "doesn't" seem to care when J bullied N and N see's that Uzi is like the V he remembers maybe that's why N always seem to be close and always protect Uzi to make sure she doesn't change like V did. (That's all folks!)

For me, N and Uzi don't really make 100% sense as a couple. Uzi is completely aware that N has killed some of the drones in her colony (including V, J, and other murder drone teams). I think that their relationship should probably stay in the realm of "business partners", or a sorta brother/sister, friend dynamic. I can't say that them ending up together in the endgame would be bad, but there needs to be a lot more development between them for me to think that it'll work.
For right now, I guess Uzi and Thad, and N and V for right now. And also, it's kinda easier to tell that V and N do really care for one another. N towards Uzi in ep3 wasn't truly giving off huge "I love you vibes" to Uzi. He does care about her, though.
But Uzi may be more understanding of N and V once she's really been sucked up into the whole oil feeding frenzy. Her becoming the same or similar to Doll. And that may be a bit scary. Especially for her colony. Her dad, everybody. Doll's a bit of an expert here and has hidden her true self really well (up until prom night). But, Uzi's a bit of a loose canon and I figure keeping her new self hidden is not going to be an easy task. But she could still find some solace with Doll, N, and V. Perhaps N and her will end up together once that all folds into place. Who knows, anything could happen. XD
Fun fact: N is also a teenager.
Actually, V and N would also be complicated for their kind of relation. Its difficult for the glitch production to actually form a relation to anyone for the reason that they don’t even know what kind of relation they have.

i like to think that there is a possibility that Uzi blushing is more from her not being able to be vulnerable most of the time, instead of liking N. If anyone does something nice for her and she genuinely appreciates it, she isn't able to communicate it as easily or without some shyness hence, the blushing. I don't really want to assume these visual cues as "catching feelings" but more on a point of an attempt at vulnerability from Uzi considering her daddy issues and being an outcast at school.
My take is that Uzi likes N but N sees her as a little sister. Plus N still seems to have feelings for V

There's a correction of this! Uzi is apparently in college! (Schooling for door building happening late I assume) This makes her at least 18 or 17 at least. 19 at most, from what the posters say in EP 3.
I looked back at those posters a while back and found out that one of the ages shown is 20. So it's probably a mixture between High School and College. With the age range being closer to the latter.

On the topic of age, I think the creators are going off of when they where first made. While Uzi is around 18-20 N is 20-22 that gives us an estimate of when they where made. Considering it’s 3071 N was probably made in 3049-3051 and Uzi being made in 3057-3051.
I think it would be kinda cool for a plot twist where Uzi confesses to N but N tells her that he doesn’t like her, causing Uzi to accidentally killing him or V out of a fit of rage or because of her absolute solver.

From what i observed so far in the comments most are completely right but some not so much, when i observed V for awhile in ep2 and 3 i noticed that she actually knows alot more things but kept it a secret from N when she said "whats best for you" indicates she knows what she is doing, she knows about whats happening around her and maybe the company in the past. Who knows maybe her crazy persona is just a facade or way for her to seem intimidating as to not get looked down by J or the company her crazy persona is maybe just her way of things

I just feel that over-shipping is something cringe or maybe inappropriate, it's cool that this show doesn't really focus on shipping and stuff happily
